The thin film transistor array panel includes a gate line having a gate electrode disposed on an insulating substrate and extending in a row direction, a semiconductor layer disposed above and insulated from the gate electrode, a data line having a source electrode that at least partially overlaps with the semiconductor layer, the data line extending in a column direction, crossing the gate line, and insulated from the gate line, a drain electrode facing the source electrode around the gate electrode, at least partially overlapping with the semiconductor layer, and crossing over the gate electrode, and a pixel electrode disposed above and insulated from the resulting structure, the pixel electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode and divided into a plurality of small domains by a domain divider.

    • A display substrate includes gate lines, driving circuit part, signal lines, connection lines and a contact part. Gate lines are formed on a display area and intersect data lines. Driving circuit part is formed on a peripheral area surrounding the display area and provides a gate signal to the gate lines. Signal lines are formed adjacent to the driving circuit part and provide a driving signal to the driving circuit part. Connection lines include a first end portion overlapped the signal lines and a second end portion electrically connected with the driving circuit part. A contact part is formed on the signal lines and connects the first end portion with the signal lines.
