摘要： A motion-transmitting arrangement, particularly for windshield wipers, has a drive with a rotary output shaft on which a crank member is mounted for rotation. A crank rod has one end connected to a crank pin which is transversely spaced from the shaft, and its other end is pivoted at one location to a member which latter is also pivoted at another location and which is coupled with an element (e.g., a wiper blade) to be moved. An arrangement is provided for varying the distance between the shaft and the crank pin and/or between the crank pin and the pivot at the one location and/or the pivot at the one location and the pivot at the other location.

摘要： An arrangement for washing lenses of headlights has means for conveying a washing liquid, and a nozzle provided with a passage having an inlet portion communicating with the conveying means for admitting the washing liquid into the nozzle and an outlet portion having an open end for issuing the washing liquid from the nozzle. The outlet portion of the passage of the nozzle diverges towards the open end thereof, whereas the open end has a shape such that the flow of the washing liquid issuing from the nozzle has a shape corresponding to the shape of the lens to be washed. The outlet portion of the passage of the nozzle may be formed as a through bore open at an end face of the nozzle facing towards the lens to be washed, and the open end of the thus-formed outlet portion may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the lens. The outlet portion of the passage of the nozzle may also be defined by two grooves formed in a section of the nozzle adjacent to the end face thereof and open at the latter.

摘要： An arrangement for washing lenses of headlights comprises a source of washing liquid, conveying conduit communicating with the source and arranged for flowing the washing liquid therethrough, a nozzle communicating with the conveying conduit and arranged for admitting the washing liquid from the latter and issuing the same toward the lens to be washed, and a rotary pump communicating with the conveying conduit and operative for inducing the washing liquid to flow from the source of the nozzle through the conveying conduit. The pump has a chamber into which a supply pipe of the conveying conduit is opened, and a rotor which has a projecting portion extending into the supply pipe. The rotor has a plurality of blades which are circumferentially spaced from one another so that a plurality of gaps are formed each between two adjacent blades, and a plurality of ribs which are arranged on the projecting portion of the rotor. Each of the ribs extends into a respective one of the gaps between two adjacent blades and is circumferentially spaced from the latter.

摘要： An arrangement for wiping a vehicle window has a wiping element adapted to rotate through a predetermined wiping angle, an electric motor having a rotatable output shaft which is connected with the wiping element so as to rotate the same, and a switching device operative for reversing the direction of rotation of the electric motor when the wiping element reaches the ends of the wiping angle. The wiping element may be mounted on the output shaft of the motor or on an output shaft of a reduction transmission between the electric motor and the wiping element. The switching device may include a direction-reversing switch whose contacts are introduced in the electric circuit of the electric motor, and two switch-actuating pins mounted on an output gear which is fitted on the output shaft. One of the switch-actuating pins may be displaceable relative to the other so that the wiping angle through which the wiping element rotates, can be adjusted.

摘要： A device for wiping a window of a vehicle, particularly a car, in which a pair of wipers are pivoted in the reciprocating pendulum motion between two holding positions, is provided with an arrangement for conveying the wipers from the reverse holding position to the park position in which the wipers are located outside of the wiping zone. This arrangement includes an adjustable joint provided on the transmission unit interconnected between the drive of the wiping device and the wipers. The adjustable joint actuated by an additional drive is put into operation after the main drive of the device has been switched off. The adjustable joint in cooperation with the transmission unit imparts to the wipers additional pivoting motion toward that park position.
