    • A micropower RC oscillator comprises a current generating section including a current source that generates a current; and a variable resistor of which the magnitude is variably set and which is configured by combining resistor elements at a predetermined ratio, the resistor elements having opposite characteristics to each other with respect to a temperature change, the variable resistor adjusting the magnitude of the generated current; a start-up circuit section connected to the current generating section and fixing a bias operating point to a constant value such that the current generating section stably generates a current; a charge and discharge circuit section including a variable capacitor, of which the magnitude is variably set, and a plurality of transistors, the charge and discharge circuit section charging and discharging the variable capacitor by using the current generated from the current generating section and the plurality of transistors; an oscillation signal output section connected to the charge and discharge circuit section and including a plurality of inverters, the oscillation signal output section outputting an oscillation signal of which the frequency is determined by the resistance of the variable resistor and the capacitance of the variable capacitor; and an inverter driving power supply section mirroring the current generated from the current generating section and then providing the mirrored current as a driving power supply of the inverters.

    • There is provided a low drop-out regulator. The low drop-out regulator includes an amplifier including an odd number of operational amplifiers connected to one another in series, and an output unit including a pass transistor operated by an output from the amplifier and generating an output voltage to be applied to a load, wherein the pass transistor is an N-channel transistor, and the amplifier controls a feedback loop gain between an output terminal of one of the odd number of operational amplifiers and the output unit. The feedback loop gain may be controlled independently from the trans-conductance of the pass transistor, whereby the stable output voltage may be generated, even in the case that the load and the input voltage are changed, and the design parameter may be simplified.

    • There is provided a regulator with soft-start using a current source. The regulator with soft-start may include: a power switch unit including first and second power switches connected between a power supply terminal and an output terminal; a load capacitor connected between the output terminal and a ground; a voltage detection unit detecting a voltage of the output terminal; a comparison unit comparing a detection voltage and a predetermined reference voltage, and outputting first and second switching signals; a current generating a predetermined constant current; a current control unit switching a connection between a control terminal of the first power switch and the current source unit according to the first switching, and switching a connection between the control terminal of the first power switch and the ground according to the second switching signal; and an error amplification unit amplifying an error voltage between the detection.

    • There are provided a touch sensing apparatus and an operating method thereof. The touch sensing apparatus includes: a panel unit including a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes, the first and second electrodes intersecting each other; a circuit unit applying first driving signals to the first electrodes and detecting sensed signals from the second electrodes; and a control unit controlling an operation of the circuit unit, wherein the control unit controls the circuit unit to simultaneously apply the first driving signals to the first electrodes during a first duration corresponding to a sleep mode and detect first sensed signals from the second electrodes, and determines whether a valid touch has occurred during the first duration to determine whether to cancel the sleep mode.
