The resilient network zones and associated resilient and non-resilient services may be configured to provide bounded latency guarantees for reliably supporting various types of applications (e.g., mobile fronthaul, cloud computing, Internet-of-Things (IoT), or the like). The network zones and associated services may be provided using a distance-constrained fiber and wavelength switching fabric design comprised of various network devices and using associated controllers, which may be configured to support service provisioning functions, service testing functions, wavelength switching functions, and so forth.

摘要： Methods, systems, and computer readable media for offloading IPsec processing from application hosts using an IPsec proxy mechanism are disclosed. According to one method, at least one of unencrypted, IPsec, and Internet key exchange (IKE) packets transmitted between a first application host and a second application host are intercepted by a network gateway. The network gateway performs all IKE and IPsec-related processing for the at least one unencrypted, IPsec, and IKE packets on behalf of the first application host such that the second application host is unaware that IPsec processing is being performed by the network gateway.

摘要： An apparatus for making a hose including a weaving machine and a liner feeder for forming the hose by weaving a jacket about a liner as the liner is being fed into the weaving machine, where the liner is provided with an adhesive layer on an outer surface, the adhesive layer being doped with a radiation absorbing element. The apparatus includes a feeder for receiving and for flattening the hose and an oven located downstream from the feeder, including a bore through which the hose passes, the oven including a module for applying radiation to the hose so that the radiation absorbing element heats following the application of radiation for bonding the liner to the jacket. A winder is located downstream at a predetermined distance away from the oven for pulling and winding the hose and provided with a pressurizer for internally pressurizing a portion of the hose located between the winder-and the feeder so that when the hose is in the oven, the pressurizer forces the liner against the jacket. A controller is provided for controlling the various elements of the apparatus. Also disclosed is a method for curing a hose and the hose so obtained.

摘要： A system for continuous (re-)drying of wood pieces. A conveyor arrangement receives and carries the wood pieces in file following a course. A moisture content of each wood piece travelling on the conveyor arrangement is measured during the course. The wood pieces whose measured moisture content are above a target content are diverted towards a drying equipment, in particular by high-frequency, whereas the other wood pieces continue their course on the conveyor arrangement. The drying equipment removes a moisture portion from the diverted wood pieces. The moisture contents of the processed wood pieces are again measured. The pieces whose moisture content dropped below the target content are routed towards the conveyor arrangement whereas the other pieces are routed in the drying equipment for a re-drying.
