    • A tool for selectively treating a wellbore with fluid that includes a tubing string having a sidewall defining an inner bore, the sidewall comprising a flow area having at least one fluid flow port that permits fluid flow through the sidewall. Fluid is prevented from flowing through the flow area when a closure is in a closed position. When in the open position, fluid flows through the flow area. An axial seal is connected to the closure to selectively close the inner bore against fluid pressure to apply the predetermined opening force to move the closure to the open position. A releasable connector connects the axial seal to the closure and a retrieval tool attachment releases the axial seal from the closure upon application of a predetermined release force by a retrieval tool.

    • A method and apparatus for centering and engaging a casing against a wellbore. The apparatus comprises a valve body locatable in-line with the casing the valve body having an outer casing extending between first and second ends and a central passage therethrough, and at least one radially movable body extending therethrough. Each radially movable body has an aperture therethrough so as to permit an exterior of the valve body and the central passage to be in fluidic communication with each other. The apparatus further comprises a cylinder and a piston therein operable connected to the radially movable body in selective fluidic communication with the central passage. The method comprises locating the valve body in line with a wellbore casing, pressurizing the casing with a pressurizing fluid and transmitting the pressurizing fluid the cylinder so as to displace a piston located therein and extend the radially movable body.

    • An apparatus and method for selectably opening a valve body having a central passage and a plurality of apertures therethrough. The apparatus comprises a sleeve slidably located within the central passage of the valve body adapted to selectably cover or uncover the apertures. The apparatus further comprises a shifting tool slidably locatable within the sleeve having at least one sleeve engaging member selectably extendable therefrom in parallel to a central axis thereto engagable upon the sleeve wherein the shifting tool is moveable. The method comprises positioning the shifting tool within the sleeve in a first or second position, extending the sleeve engaging members from the shifting tool in parallel to a central axis of the shifting tool into engagement upon the sleeve, and axially moving the shifting tool and the sleeve to the other of the first or second positions.
