    • A rotational-exercise-device (device) is disclosed. In some exemplary embodiments, the device may comprise: a handle-member and a rotational-member. The handle-member may be an elongate member. The handle-member may further comprise a first-handle-member and a second-handle-member. The first-handle-member may removably attach to the second-handle-member. The handle-member may include a longitudinal-axis which runs down a center-longitude of the handle-member. The rotational-member may be a substantially ovoid shape. The rotational-member may comprise a hollow cylindrical cavity passing through a longitude-center of the rotational-member. A portion of the handle-member may pass removably through the longitude-center of the rotational-member. The rotational-member may be configured to rotate about this portion. When assembled and in use, a user may grip each handle-member (or portion thereof) and perform various exercises by placing some of the user's weight upon the rotational-member, while the user causes the rotational-member to rotate against some surface, such as a floor and/or wall.

    • A portable muscle exercise device with no moving parts that may be used from a sitting, standing, reclined, supine, and/or prone position is described and disclosed. In some exemplary embodiments, the device may comprise a resilient member. The member may comprise an upper exterior surface and a lower exterior surface disposed opposite. The member may have a five pointed star shape. The resilient property may be derived from one or more of a material of construction of the member and/or a gas filled interior volume. The member may be configured to be engaged by a first location on the user's body. The member may be configured to be engaged by the second, different, location on the user's body. When the user may exert a compression force by squeezing the first location towards the second location, the user's muscles between the first location and the second location may be exercised.

    • A wet compression system for a gas turbine compressor having a bellmouth that includes a plurality of nozzles for spraying a fine spray of liquid disposed within an aft section of the bellmouth. The aft section of the bellmouth may include a downstream half of the bellmouth, and the nozzles may be connected to a plurality of struts, each of the struts comprising a structural member that connects an inner diameter casing of the bellmouth to an outer diameter casing of the bellmouth. In some embodiments, the nozzles may be positioned on a leading edge of at least one of the struts and a minimum clearance of at least approximately 0.2 m may be maintained between the nozzles and the inner diameter casing of the bellmouth. In other embodiments, the nozzles may be positioned on a trailing edge of at least one of the struts and a minimum clearance of at least approximately 0.05 m may be maintained between the nozzles and the inner diameter casing of the bellmouth.
