    • In one embodiment of the invention, a master tool is disclosed including a top plate, a plurality of buttons, and a releasable locking mechanism. The top plate has an array of openings and a top side with a background patterned surface. The plurality of buttons are in the array of openings and configured to be repositioned to selectively orient their orientable patterned surface into a different orientation with respect to the background patterned surface. The releasable locking mechanism releasably locks the position of the plurality of buttons within the array of openings to hold the selected orientation of each orientable patterned surface with respect to the background patterned surface to provide a top surface pattern. The top surface pattern of the master tooling may be transferred to form a surface pattern into retro-reflective sheeting during its manufacture.

    • In one embodiment of the invention, retro-reflective sheeting is disclosed. The retro-reflective sheeting comprises a flexible optical material film or substrate having a geometric optical surface opposite a base surface. The geometric optical surface includes a background pattern region of corner cubes arranged at a first orientation with respect to an edge of the retro-reflective sheeting; and an array of circular corner cube regions periodically interrupting the background pattern region of corner cubes. Each of the circular corner cube regions has a second orientation with respect to the edge of the retro-reflective sheeting. The array of the plurality of circular corner cube regions reflects incident light differently than the background pattern region of corner cubes.

    • Disclosed herein is an aerogenerator having a rotation support unit for facilitating rotation of a rotational body. The aerogenerator includes a support pillar, a rotational body, vanes, a rotating force transmission unit, a generating unit and a rotation support unit. The support pillar has a hollow space therein and has a support extension on the upper end thereof. The rotational body is provided on the upper end of the support pillar so as to be rotatable using the rotation support unit. The vanes are provided on opposite ends of the rotational body. The rotating force transmission unit transmits rotating force of the vanes to the generating unit. In the present invention, the rotation support unit comprises a rotating plate which is provided between the rotational body and the support pillar, and first rollers which are provided in the rotating plate and are in contact with the rotational body and the support extension. The rotation support unit further comprises second rollers which are provided under the rotating plate and are in contact with the inner surface of the hollow space of the support pillar. Therefore, the rotational body can easily rotate on the upper end of the support pillar by the first rollers, and the rotational plate can be prevented from being separated from the upper end of the support pillar by the second rollers.

    • A device for remotely operating a circuit breaker apparatus is provided. Such a circuit breaker apparatus includes a trip device and a reset device that are externally accessible with respect to an enclosure enclosing the circuit breaker apparatus. The device comprises at least one actuator capable of being operably engaged with the circuit breaker apparatus, externally to the enclosure, and in physical engagement with at least one of the trip and reset devices. A remotely disposed controller device is in communication with the at least one actuator and is capable of selectively actuating the at least one actuator, from a remote location with respect to the circuit breaker apparatus, so as to at least one of actuate the trip device to trip the circuit breaker apparatus and actuate the reset device to reset the circuit breaker apparatus.
