    • A positioning device includes a fixing component including an arc slot with a first end, a positioning plate connected to the fixing component in a rotatable manner relative to the fixing component, and a first adjusting component positioned on the positioning plate in a slidable manner inside the arc slot. The first adjusting component includes a first-radius section and a second-radius section. A cross-sectional area of the first-radius section is larger than a cross-sectional area of the second-radius section. The first adjusting component can be positioned in a first location or a second location selectively. When the first adjusting component is positioned in the first location, the first-radius section contacts with the first end. When the first adjusting component is positioned in the second location, the second-radius section contacts with the first end.

    • A pivot support device and a display apparatus supported thereon are provided. The display apparatus includes a housing, a base plate, a support member, and a cover. The housing includes a back plate having an opening on it. The base plate is fixed within the opening. The support member has a pivot end being rotatably coupled to the base plate. The cover is disposed on the pivot end of the support member and moves in connection with the pivot end. The pivot end has a first positioning device while the cover has a second positioning device.     • A petroleum sulfonate is prepared by (a) separately sulfonating each of two or more different petroleum fractions boiling substantially above 700.degree. F. by contact with sulfur trioxide under reaction conditions wherein the ratio of milliliters of sulfur trioxide to grams of aromatic components is adjusted so as to produce from each separate fraction a reaction product capable of producing upon neutralization a sulfonate having a sulfonate requirement in microemulsion below about 20 grams per 100 milliliters of microemulsion; (b) separately neutralizing the sulfonated fractions; and (c) blending the hydrocarbon sulfonates produced from two or more of the fractions in proportions sufficient to yield a product petroleum sulfonate blend useful for enhanced oil recovery.In one embodiment four different petroleum fractions are separately sulfonated using different ratios of sulfur trioxide to aromatic content for each fraction and the sulfonated fractions are blended in a weight ratio between 0:1:1:0 and 1:10:10:1 to yield a sulfonate blend useful for enhanced oil recovery.
