    • A built-in self repair (BISR) circuit for a multi-port memory and a method thereof are provided. The circuit includes a test-and-analysis module (TAM) and a defect locating module (DLM) coupled to the TAM. The TAM tests a repairable multi-port memory to generate a fault location and determines whether the test generates a port-specific fault candidate according to the fault location. If a port-specific fault candidate is generated, the DLM generates a defect location based on the fault location and provides the defect location to the TAM so that the TAM can determine how to repair the repairable multi-port memory according to the defect location. If no port-specific fault candidate is generated in the test, the TAM determines how to repair the repairable multi-port memory according to the fault location.

    • A wheel clamp includes a clamp body, a movable rod pivotally connected to the clamp body, a connecting rod fitted on the movable rod, and a rotating unit disposed in a lock core seat of the clamp body. The connecting rod has a threaded section for connecting with a screw. The rotating unit has a rotating rod to be inserted into an accommodating trough of the screw. A first engaging member is secured to the accommodating trough of the screw. A second engaging member is secured to the rotating rod of the rotating unit. The second engaging member has a second engaging block to mesh with and drive a first engaging block of the first engaging member so the connecting rod is able to be moved relative to the screw.

    • A method and apparatus prevents interference between a radio signal from RDS-TMC service provider for receiving traffic and travel data by an RDS-TMC receiver and a radio signal for transmitting audio, text, or image data from an FM modulator. The method includes the steps of starting an operation of the receiver system, stopping an operation of the FM modulator while keeping operation of the RDS-TMC receiver, examining whether an RDS-TMC signal from a service provider is available at a current location, receiving the RDS-TMC signal and retrieving RDS-TMC data therefrom, sending the retrieved RDS-TMC data to an audio/video system, and starting the operation of the FM modulator while allowing to output an FM signal from the FM modulator at allowable frequency bands which are outside of a blocked range to send data to the audio/video system.

    • A PCI-E debug card includes an insertion part, a low-pin-count pin set, a power pin, a ground pin, a decoder and a display unit. The insertion part is for connecting to a PCI-E slot. The low-pin-count pin set includes a reset pin, a clock pin and a plurality of data pins, each of which corresponds to reserved pins of the PCI-E slot. The power pin and the ground pin are disposed on the insertion part and correspond respectively to a slot power pin and a slot ground pin of the slot. The decoder decodes test data from the low-pin-count pin set to be a post code which is then showed by the display unit.
