    • A full-color organic electroluminescence (OEL) pixel device and a display panel composed of the OEL pixel device are disclosed. The full-color OEL pixel device is formed by a combination of OEL sub-pixel elements of three types corresponding to R, G and B. The full-color organic OEL pixel device comprises a common electrode, first sub-pixel organic material layers arranged at a surface of mentioned common electrode, a first electrode arranged to sandwich mentioned first sub-pixel organic material layers with mentioned common electrode, second and third sub-pixel organic material layers arranged in parallel at another surface of mentioned common electrode, a second electrode arranged to sandwich mentioned second sub-pixel organic material layers with mentioned common electrode, and a third electrode arranged to sandwich mentioned third sub-pixel organic material layers with mentioned common electrode. An inventive full-color OEL display panel will feature high aperture ratio, high pixel density and low reflection.

    • A full-color organic electroluminescence (OEL) display panel includes a substrate and a plurality of full-color OEL pixel devices in a matrix form as a display frame. Each of the pixel devices is composed of a plurality of sub-pixel regions, corresponding to R, G or B colors. Each of the specific color sub-pixel regions in the pixel device abuts the same specific color sub-pixel region of the adjacent pixel device thereof to form a double-sized emission area. With this arrangement of sub-pixel regions, it is easier to manufacture (a) high-resolution full-color OLED panels by a metal-mask alignment process, and (b) high-resolution full-color PLED panels by an ink-jet printing process.

    • A method of manufacturing a full-color organic electro-luminescent device on an indium-tin-oxide glass substrate. A pattern is formed on the indium-tin-oxide glass substrate by the photolithography and the etching process. The indium-tin-oxide glass substrate is cleaned. An insulation pad is formed over the indium-tin-oxide glass substrate. A low shadow mask and a high shadow mask are sequentially formed over the insulation pad by conducting dry film photo-resist processes. A hole-transport layer is formed over the indium-tin-oxide glass substrate by conducting a vapor-depositing process. Three vapor-depositing processes are simultaneously conducted to form red, green and blue light-emitting layers on the hole-transport layer using the low shadow mask and the high shadow mask as a barrier. An electron-transport layer and a metal layer are serially formed over the light-emitting layers by conducting vapor-depositing processes.
