摘要： The invention relates to a spider-silk-like polymer fiber in the technical field of chemical bionics, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The spider-silk-like polymer fiber comprises a matrix polymer and a particle additive dispersed therein, wherein the particles have an average particle size of 0.1-1000 microns, and the polymer fiber has a spider-silk-like microstructure comprising a fiber body and spaced spindle knot structural units on the fiber body, wherein the spindle knot structural units comprise the particles, and the radial height of the spindle knot structural units is greater than the diameter of the fiber body. The preparation method of the polymer fiber of the invention does not require greatly modifying the existing spinning processes, and the equipment does not need to be changed, the process is simple, and the cost is low. The obtained spider-silk-like polymer fiber can realize the directional movement of water droplets on the surface of the fiber, thereby having a water gathering function and can be used for preparing water gathering materials.

摘要： A super-wet surface is a polypropylene surface, on which a hydrophilic side group is grafted, having a micro-nano structure. The super-wet surface is at least super-hydrophilic and does not contain an initiator residue. The super-wet surface is prepared by grafting, in the absence of an initiator, by means of microwave irradiation, a monomer for forming a side group, on the polypropylene surface, as a grafting base, having a micro-nano structure. In the preparation of the super-wet surface, the molecular weight of polypropylene does not decrease after grafting, there is no residual monomer or initiator residue, and the super-wetting effect of the obtained surface is lasting and stable. The super-wet surface can be used in bonding, spraying, oil-water separation, water treatment, biology, medicine and energy fields.

摘要： The present invention relates to a resin composition having improved haze and light transmittance in the technical field of polymer materials and the process for preparing the same. The resin composition is characterized by comprising the following blended components: a. matrix resin; and b. crosslinked copolymer microspheres; wherein the crosslinked copolymer microspheres are alternating copolymers formed from monomers having anhydride, amide and/or imide groups, with olefin monomers and/or furan and its derivatives and optionally crosslinked with a crosslinking agent; preferably, the resin composition has a haze of not less than 92%, and a light transmittance of not less than 55%, preferably a haze of not less than 92%, and a light transmittance of not less than 59%, and more preferably a haze of not less than 95%, and a light transmittance of not less than 59%. The resin composition of the present invention can save a lot of energy while achieving excellent light diffusing effect, and at the same time reduces the material cost and can be easily industrially produced in mass.

摘要： The present invention relates to an electroconductive polymer fiber having an integrated electroconductive layer on at least a part of its surface. Since the electroconductive layer of the present invention is integrally formed on the core layer of the fiber, the electroconductive polymer fiber has excellent bending resistance. 摘要： A continuous operation method is employed for the microwave high-temperature pyrolysis of a solid material containing an organic matter. The method includes the steps of mixing a solid material containing an organic matter with a liquid organic medium; transferring the obtained mixture to a microwave field; and in the microwave field, continuously contacting the mixture with a strong wave absorption material in an inert atmosphere or in vacuum. The strong wave absorption material continuously generates a high temperature under a microwave such that the solid material containing an organic matter and the liquid organic medium are continuously pyrolyzed to implement a continuous operation.

摘要： A porous composite material capable of generating an arc in a microwave field includes an inorganic porous framework and a carbon material loaded on the inorganic porous framework. The average pore size of the inorganic porous framework is 0.2-1000 μm. The porous composite material has an excellent mechanical performance, can generate an arc in a microwave field to quickly generate a high temperature, and thus can be used in fields such as microwave high-temperature heating, biomass pyrolysis, vegetable oil treatment, waste polymer material pyrolysis, petrochemical pyrolysis, carbon-fiber composite material recovery, waste treatment, VOC waste gas treatment, COD wastewater treatment, high-temperature catalysis, waste circuit board full-component recycling, and hydrogen preparation.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polymer/filler/metal composite fiber, including a polymer fiber comprising a metal short fiber and a filler; the metal short fiber is distributed as a dispersed phase within the polymer fiber and distributed in parallel to the axis of the polymer fiber; the filler is dispersed within the polymer fiber and distributed between the metal short fibers; the filler does not melt at the processing temperature of the polymer; said metal is a low melting point metal and selected from at least one of single component metals and metal alloys, and has a melting point which ranges from 20 to 480° C., and, at the same time, which is lower than the processing temperature of the polymer; the metal short fiber and the polymer fiber have a volume ratio of from 0.01:100 to 20:100; the filler and the polymer have a weight ratio of from 0.1:100 to 30:100. The composite fiber of the present invention has reduced volume resistivity and decreased probability of broken fibers, and has a smooth surface. The present invention is simple to produce, has a lower cost, and would be easy to industrially produce in mass.
