摘要： A structure of inkjet-head chip and a method for making the same are disclosed. Driven by the need of making a thin insulator layer to lower the working power of the inkjet-head chip, we separately manufacture a passivation layer and a second conductive layer. The passivation layer and the second conductive layer have to be formed from different materials. The defining means for the passivation layer and the second conductive layer have high selectivity and do not overetch or damage the structure of inkjet-head chip.

摘要： A MOSFET and the method for fabricating them are disclosed to make the inkjet head chips. The MOSFET has the scaled-down junction formation for the source and drain. Using a lower temperature process and interlayer dielectric, the source and drain dopants can not be diffused deeply due to high-temperature driver-in. The contact holes of the drain are provided with plugs of refractory material to avoid spiking between the metal and silicon. This achieves the requirement of high-density devices on the print head chip.

摘要： A driver transistor structure of an inkjet print head chip and the method for making the same. Having several body contacts distributed all over the source of an active region of a large area MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor), an equivalent RB from the MOSFET channel to the body contact is greatly diminished as the distance between them is reduced, thereby preventing the occurrence of a secondary breakdown. Since the body contact is installed inside the active region without defining in advance a body contact region and making the body contact in the field oxide layer outside the active region, about 20% of the driver transistor structure can be saved to lower the average manufacturing cost of each chip.

摘要： A time multiplexed stereo display system is provided. The system includes a video player to output a sequence of image frames with respect to multiple stereo-displayed images. Each of the stereo-displayed images is formed by a first-view image and a second-view image with a parallax therebetween. The sequence of the image frames is sequentially displaying all of the first-view images and then sequentially displaying all of the second-view images to symmetrically transmitting first-view/second-view images. Further, a display panel receives the sequence of image frames for accordingly displaying the image frames. Multiple shutter eyeglasses, are controlled by the video player to transmit the stereo-displayed images, respectively, in accordance with the sequence of the image frames. Each of the shutter eyeglasses has a first-view glass and a second-view glass to accordingly transmit one of the first-view images and the second-view images in each display of the image frames.

摘要： A circuit of a multiplexing inkjet print system and a control circuit thereof for driving a plurality of jet orifices. A signal generating unit generates an enable signal according to a first clock signal and data. Then, a counter counts according to the enable signal to generate a plurality of time counting signals for N decoders, wherein N is a positive integer equal to or greater than 2. The N decoders decode the received time counting signal to generate N groups of start signals. Moreover, a shift register shifts data according to the enable signal and a second clock signal (or according to the first and the third clock signals) to generate i address signals, wherein i is a positive integer. Therefore, each of the heater circuits is driven under the control of an address signal and one of start signals of each group, thereby driving the corresponding jet orifice.
