摘要： A method of a digital photo frame (DPF) with television (TV) tuning function is provided. The method includes: creating one or more preview windows on the DPF under the DPF mode; receiving broadcasts of particular channels; displaying the broadcast contents of the particular channels in each of the preview windows; switching the DPF to a TV mode if a mode switching signal is received within the display of the broadcast contents of the particular channels; determining which of favorite channels currently previewed in the preview windows is selected; and receiving and playing broadcasts of the selected particular channel. A related DPF is also provided.

摘要： A touch control method used for an electronic device storing a relationship table recording a mapping relationship between handwritten touch input and a number of commands includes the following steps. Display an electronic file. Sense a touch trace of a user on the displayed electronic file and generating a trigger signal if the touch trace forms a closed loop having an enclosed region. Sense handwritten touch input by the user within the enclosed region and generate associated signals. Recognize a circled path having an enclosed region as input by the user according to the generated signals. Determine a command associated with the sensed handwritten touch input according to the relationship table in response to the trigger signal. Retrieve content of the displayed electronic file displayed within the enclosed region. And execute the retrieved command to the retrieved content. An electronic device using the method is also provided.

摘要： A bus stop includes a storage unit, a communicating unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The communicating unit communicates with a server which is in communication with a plurality of buses, a plurality of stops which the buses will pass, and current locations of the buses. The display unit displays at least one route consisting of a plurality of bus stops including the bus stop. The control unit generates a request signal carrying the location of the bus stop to the server. The server determines current locations of the buses on a route which includes the bus stop, compares the real-time locations with the location of the bus stop to select a nearest bus travelling towards the bus stop. The display unit display a mark marking the bus stop. A related system is also provided.

Sense a touch trace of a user forming a closed loop having an enclosed region and generating a trigger signal if the touch trace forms a closed loop having an enclosed region. Sense handwritten touch input by the user within the enclosed region and generating signals associated with the user's handwritten touch input. Display the closed loop and the sensed handwritten touch input of the user. Determine whether the sensed handwritten touch input associates with an image inserting command in response to the trigger signal. Retrieve an image selected by the user from a storage unit, if the sensed handwritten touch input associates with an image inserting command. And display the selected image within the an enclosed region of the closed loop. An electronic device using the method is also provided.

An Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve is actuated to regulate circulation of exhaust gas from the diesel engine through the intake manifold to control pressure within the intake manifold to prevent damage to other engine components from excessive positive or negative pressure.

The estimation module receives one of a first pressure within an intake manifold measured by a manifold pressure sensor and a second pressure measured by a pressure sensor at a location between a compressed air charge cooler and a throttle valve. The estimation module estimates the other one of the first and second pressures based on the received one of the first and second pressures. The turbocharger control module controls output of a turbocharger based on the estimate of the other one of the first and second pressures.
