摘要： A mold assembly includes a bottom mold having a plurality of concavities defined therein and a top mold which includes a recess defined in an underside thereof so that the bottom mold is engaged with the recess. The length of the recess between two insides is less than a length of the bottom mold so that the bottom mold is snugly engaged with the recess by proper scalability of the metal material of the top and bottom molds. A plurality of through holes are defined through the top mold and located corresponding to the concavities. Forming material is pouted into the concavities via the through holes.

摘要： A double-density elastic insert element is composed of an inner section and an outer section enclosing the inner section. The inner section and the outer section have different density, hardness and elasticity characteristics. Preferably, the inner section and the outer section are both made of polyurethane or ethylvinyl acetate (EVA) that is solidified at different molding conditions to obtain different density, hardness and elasticity characteristics. By varying the densities of the elastic insert element, the elastic insert element can be selectively modified to have more functional capabilities to satisfy different requirements.

摘要： A surface material with a stereoscopic effect has a substrate and a PU meshed layer. The substrate has a first pattern. The PU meshed layer has a second pattern similar to or the same as the first pattern and is mounted on the substrate over the first pattern at an axial deflection relative to the first pattern. Because the axial deflection makes the second pattern partially overlap and visually interact with the first pattern, a stereoscopic visual effect is created on the surface material.

摘要： A vamp for a sport shoe has at least one elastic area and at least one non-elastic area. These areas are made of different plastic components to have different elasticity. Preferably, the vamp further has multiple grooves defined on the vamp to provide proper friction for ball control. The elastic area is attached to a front section of the sport shoe. By modifying the vamp to have the elastic area serve as a kicking (front) section of the sport shoe, a player can kick the soccer ball farther with the sport shoe having the vamp in the present invention.
