The display control apparatus includes a timing generator, adapted to receive a horizontal synchronization signal of the computer graphics output and the pixel number of horizontal scan line of the scaled video output, for generating a pixel clock of scaled video output and a horizontal lock signal; a scaling buffer, storing a video digital pixel data and having an output port generating the scaled video output, responsive to the pixel clock of scaled video output; an overlay controller, coupled to a controller bus and receiving an analog pixel data of the computer graphics output and, responsive to the pixel clock of scaled video output, the horizontal lock signal and a vertical synchronization signal of the computer graphics output, for overlaying the scaled video output onto the computer graphics output.

摘要： An annular fan-shaped retractable honeycomb furniture assembly includes a honeycomb core and two panels. A binder is attached to a lateral side of the honeycomb core to serve as a center point when the honeycomb core is developed into an annular shape, and has the effect of fixing and shaping. A slant or an arced surface is formed on an upper side of the honeycomb core adjacent to the binder. The panels are respectively adhered to two opposite external surfaces of the honeycomb core to sandwich the honeycomb core. Each of the panels has one side portion, which projects over an edge of the honeycomb core and is formed with a slot. A fastener tape may be provided to fix the panels together after the honeycomb core is developed or retracted.

摘要： A thin film disk for use in magnetic recording with an underlayer structure that includes a layer of CrMoZr, CrMoNb or CrMoMn is described. The preferred embodiment includes a circumferentially textured glass substrate, a pre-seed layer, a B2 seed layer, an underlayer structure and a magnetic layer stack with a plurality of layers. The preferred underlayer structure has a first underlayer of CrTi followed by a second underlayer of CrMoZr. The preferred B2 seed layer material is RuAl. The preferred pre-seed layer is CrTiAl. The preferred magnetic layer stack is CoCr/CoPtCrB/CoPtCrBCu. The preferred embodiment is useful for longitudinal magnetic recording. The in-plane crystallographic orientation, the Mrt orientation ratio and the media SNR are improved by the inclusion of the CrMoZr, CrMoNb or CrMoMn according to the invention.

摘要： A magnetic recording medium using a nonmagnetic interlayer in between a Cr-base underlayer and a Co magnetic layer is disclosed. The nonmagnetic interlayer comprises Co1−&agr;−&bgr;−&ggr;−&zgr;Cr&agr;X&bgr;Y&ggr;Z&zgr;. X is a material selected from Ni or Fe so as to substitute a portion of Cr composition. Y is a material selected from materials which can form a solid solution with at least one of list materials consisting of Ni, Fe, Co, and Cr. The Y materials added in the interlayer is to adjust the lattice mismatch of interface between the interlayer and the underlayer to a magnitude so that the interlayer formed on the underlayer at least is a texture layer, an epitaxial layer is best preferred. However, Z is a material which is insoluble with any of above list materials, Cr, Co, X, and Y in a solid state so as to form precipitates, thereby inhibiting the grain growth. In a preferred embodiment, the &agr;, &bgr;, &ggr;, and &zgr; are about 25-41%, 0.1-5%, 0.1-5%, and 0.1-5%, respectively. The interlayer thickness is of between about 0.5-20 nm.

摘要： In a method and apparatus for setting an address range for a computer expansion card of a computer system, the computer system is first controlled so as to execute a write operation which involves a series of addresses within the address range to be assigned to the computer expansion card. A linear feedback shift register receives the series of addresses from address lines of the computer system and derives a code output from the series of addresses. A code detecting unit receives the code output of the linear feedback shift register and compares the code output with a predetermined code. The code detecting unit generates a match signal whenever the code output matches with the predetermined code. An address register is activated by the match signal so as to store most significant bits of the address range to be assigned to the computer expansion card therein. The most significant bits are common to all of the addresses within the address range.

摘要： A baby crib includes a frame body having a pair of upright support posts, a fence member extending between the upright support posts and having a hollow frame with two ends, and a pair of mounting pieces mounted to the upright support posts so as to connect the fence member to the upright support posts. Each of the mounting pieces has a flat plate member formed with a plurality of spaced engaging slots and a pair of first slide rails. Each of a pair of slide bodies has a slide portion with a through hole to be selectively aligned with one of the engaging slots, and a pair of second slide rails slidably engaging the first slide rails. Each of the slide bodies includes a housing portion that projects from the slide portion into one of the two ends of the hollow frame. A pair of engaging members is movably mounted inside the housing portion of the slide bodies. Each of the engaging members has a first end moved through the through hole of the slide portion of one of the slide bodies between an engaging position, in which the first end engages one of said engaging slots, and a releasing position. Each of the engaging members further includes a laterally projecting handle portion that extends out of the hollow frame through the housing portion. A pair of biasing means is mounted in the housing portion of the slide bodies and urges the first end of the engaging member into the engaging position. The height of the fence member relative to the upright support posts can be adjusted by operating the handle portion of each of the engaging members to change the position of the engaging members relative to the mounting pieces.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a die stack package includes the steps of providing a wafer having a first surface and a second surface, said first surface having a plurality of cut ways thereon, the second surface being coated with adhesive of a predetermined thickness at a predetermined position thereof, removing parts of the adhesive by photo-lithography, each of the parts of the adhesive corresponds to the cut way and is wider than the cut way; cutting the wafer along the cut ways to make a plurality of dies, each of the dies having a part of the adhesive thereon; and stacking each of the dies, whose surface having the adhesive faces a lower-layer die, on the lower-layer die. Therefore, the method facilitates the stacking operation and saves the production cost.
