    • A handheld electronic apparatus including a casing, a cover, a motherboard, an in-cell touch display module, a light guide member, and a touch module is provided. The cover covers a casing opening, and constitutes an accommodation space with the casing. The cover has a first area and a second area having a light transmissive icon. The motherboard is electrically connected with the in-cell touch display module and the touch module. The in-cell touch display module has a display area disposed beneath the first area. The light guide member is disposed within the accommodation space, and capable of guiding a light generated from a light emitting element to the light transmissive icon.     • An electrical apparatus having a panel is disclosed. The electrical apparatus includes a processor, a touch controller and a display driver. The processor unitsets one of a scan frequency and a display frequency to be a setting frequency, and generates the other of the scan frequency and the display frequency based on the setting frequency. The touch controller makes the panel detects a touch based on the scan frequency, and the display driver makes the panel display images based on the display frequency. The touch controller detects a noise detected value from the electrical apparatus. The touch controller or the processor unitadjusts the setting frequency based on the noise detected value, and adjusts the touch scan frequency or the display frequency which is not the setting frequency based on the setting frequency.

    • A touch panel including a first substrate, a plurality of driving lines, and a plurality of sensing lines is provided. The driving lines are respectively extended along a first direction. Each driving line includes a plurality of first pads and a plurality of first interconnecting portions. Any adjacent two first pads are connected through a first interconnecting portion, and the width of each first interconnecting portion is smaller than the width of each first pad. The sensing lines are respectively extended along a second direction. The second direction intersects the first direction. The vertical projection of any one of the sensing lines on the first substrate intersects a first interconnecting portion of each driving line to form an overlapped area, and the length of the overlapped area in the second direction is smaller than or equal to the length of the overlapped area in the first direction.
