    • The present invention discloses an establishing method of an electronic program guide and corresponding operation method, system and device thereof. The establishing method includes: grouping electronic program guide servers that have the same processing ability and/or the same service processing flow together, making the number of server group correspond to users' attribute-determining characteristic values so as to form a scheduling policy which is then stored in the scheduling server. The users' terminal initiates a request for scheduling to the scheduling server. After that, the scheduling server designates an electronic program guide server for the users' terminal, thereby establishing an interactive connection between the users' terminal and the electronic program guide server. As a result, the data flow bypasses the metropolitan area network, and the bandwidth of the backbone network is thus less affected, so that the number of users able to use the service may continuously expand.

    • The present invention provides a virtual machine system and a method for sharing a graphics card amongst virtual machines. A VMM of the virtual machine system is provided with a resource-converting module, which converts data exchanged between a graphics card drive module of a GOS in the foreground and the graphics card based on a resource-converting table, and also intercepts accesses to the real graphics card by a GOS in the background and then responds to its operations on the graphics card. The VMM is further provided with a switching module, which alters a state of a VM based on a command for switching the VM, saves a graphics card state before the VM is switched to the background and restores the stored graphics card state to the graphics card when the VM is switched back to the foreground. Further, the GOSs each comprise a graphics card drive module corresponding to the real graphics card for accessing the real graphics card. The systems and the methods according to the present invention enable the GOSs to access the real graphics card, and also enable switching among a plurality of virtual machines.

    • A scan driving method for LCD panel comprises varying of polarity pattern adaptive to column data, wherein polarity patterns are dynamically determined from row to row, based on analysis of column drive signals for present and previous rows to obtain a parametric value and determination to either keep default polarity pattern or switch to alternate polarity pattern in accordance with parametric value obtained. Columns are regarded as in one or multiple groups for consideration.
