摘要： There is described a device with quick change blades for the transverse cutting or perforation, for the whole of the width and progressively, of continuous and moving webs of paper, plastic or other materials, also with different thicknesses, wherein the fixed blade assembly and the rotary blade assembly are installed on the side members of a main base frame, with the drive means and with the means for adjusting the parallelism and the degree of interference between said two blades, said main base frame being installed removably on a secondary base frame, with means for adjusting the transverse alignment of the same main frame with the blade assemblies with respect to the longitudinal axis of the web to be cut, to allow dynamic execution on this web of a cut perpendicular to the longitudinal sides of the same web, this device being provided with means that allow quick installation and, when necessary, replacement with a new device each time both said blades require in-depth maintenance and adjustments, all for the purpose of limiting the downtimes of the packaging machine during replacement of the same device.

摘要： A working process of a machine for wrapping products in packages, carried out with a thermoplastic material film from a reel, the process comprising: reducing a transversal section of a hollow mandrel to be smaller than a transversal dimension of a bundle of products, positioning a sealing device in a position for sealing overlapped longitudinal edges of the film while forming a new tubular film casing, arranging two vertically mobile elements of a sealing and transversal cutting assembly in a closure position on the head portion of the new tubular film casing and on the tail portion of the tubular film casing of a finished package, and conveying the new tubular film casing away from the mandrel, and repeating the process so that the product placed inside the tubular casing by the mandrel is wrapped in a tight adherent manner due to the elastic retraction of the film.

摘要： There is described a machine for packaging products in tubular wrappings of thermoplastic material obtained from continuous film unwound from a reel, equipped with a double transverse heat-sealing and intermediate cutting assembly that, with a horizontal translation movement, accompanies the pack that the assembly is closing the trailing end of to be unloaded while it is simultaneously closing the leading end of the tubular wrapper of the future pack that the heat-sealing and cutting assembly, also due to the presence thereon of pressers and counter-pressers, extracts from a tube-forming and longitudinal heat-sealing mandrel and that, by the same assembly, is separated from the pack upstream with a transverse cut.At the end of its active movement, the transverse heat-sealing and cutting assembly opens and with a horizontal movement in the opposite direction to and at a higher speed than the preceding one returns to the cycle start position, upstream of a new pack already filled and ready to be heat sealed at the trailing end and accompanied to be unloaded, repeating the cycle described. The transverse heat-sealing and cutting assembly is aided by a conveyor that supports and advances the packs being formed and those finished and separated, and that is equipped with a gap with variable geometry, which opens during the active horizontal movement of the same assembly and closes during the reverse horizontal movement of the same assembly.
