摘要： A packaged-body producing method that minimizes damage to packaged bodies due to constriction or the like and that enables formation of packaged bodies in various shapes is provided. The method includes a first step in which a plurality of packages 10 accommodating toilet paper rolls or the like are stacked, and recesses are provided at predetermined positions of the stacked form; a second step in which a packaging film 20 is spirally wound on the sides of the package stack form; and a third step in which the packaging film 20 is wound so as to cover the circumference, including an upper end portion and a lower end portion, of the package stack form.

摘要： There is provided a method of producing a packed body that does not fall off and collapse during transportation and does not cause damage to cartons and paper material locally and around which a packing film can be wound easily. A packed body production method includes a first step in which a layered body is formed by stacking cartons containing toilet paper rolls and in which an insertion section into which a fork unit of a forklift is inserted is formed at a predetermined position in the layered body, a second step in which a first packing film is wound spirally around at least side surfaces of the layered body, and a third step in which a second packing film is wound around the layered body so as to close an opening of the insertion section.

摘要： Provided is a paper roll production apparatus that saves installation space and enables production of paper rolls of different qualities and a shortening of production time. The paper roll production apparatus includes: a sheet-forming and dewatering part 5 forming paper stock into a sheet and for dewatering the paper stock; a drying machine 6 drying the paper stock dewatered by the sheet-forming and dewatering part 5 to form a dry paper material; a switching mechanism part switching to feed, into the drying machine 6, the paper stock dewatered by a first sheet-forming machine included in the sheet-forming and dewatering part 5 or the paper stock dewatered by a second sheet-forming machine included in the sheet-forming and dewatering part 5; and a winder 8 winding up the dry paper material provided by the drying machine 6 to form a paper roll. The first sheet-forming machine operates at a sheet-forming speed at which a fiber orientation of the paper stock is maintained. The second sheet-forming machine operates at a sheet-forming speed faster than the sheet-forming speed of the first sheet-forming machine. The winder 8 winds up the dry paper material at a speed corresponding to the sheet-forming speed of the first sheet-forming machine or to the sheet-forming speed of the second sheet-forming machine to form the paper roll material.

摘要： A coreless paper roll manufacturing method includes: unrolling a wide tissue web from a parent roll; spraying adhesive on the wide tissue web; winding the wide tissue web on a winding mandrel to form a log roll; and cutting the log roll to form a plurality of paper rolls. The spraying includes depositing a first adhesive, having a bonding strength capable of solidifying the wide tissue web wound on the winding mandrel and separating a sheet of tissue from the solidified wide tissue web, on parts of the wide tissue web from which the wide tissue web starts to be wound, the parts including both ends of the wide tissue web in the width direction and positions at which the log roll is cut, and depositing a second adhesive having a lower bonding strength than the first adhesive on parts between the parts where the first adhesive is deposited.
