摘要： A notice assembly comprising a support portion including a base part adapted to be supported on a horizontal surface, a vertical wall part having a lower edge attached to the base part and a hollow tubular part fixed along an upper edge of the wall part with an axially extending through opening in the tubular part facing the same direction as the front surface of the wall part. A display member has a portion rotatably mounted in the tubular part. That portion of the display member has a peripheral surface bearing a plurality of set of graphic symbols providing information about the location of the person (e.g., AT LUNCH, OUT OF OFFICE, RETURN SOON, IN MEETING). By manual rotation of the display member, any of the sets of graphic symbols can be positioned in the opening of the tubular part where they will be observed by a person looking at the notice assembly. Graphic symbols are provided on the front surface of the wall part that provide incomplete information about one or more of a) the location of the person, b) the time of return for the person, c) the normal work hours for the person, and c) an alternate person to contact when the person is absent; together with ink receptive means that afford application of indicia with quick drying ink from a quick drying ink applying implement or pen to complete the information, and afford subsequent removal of the ink.

摘要： Disclosed is a protective cover package for an endless, organic photoreceptor belt of an electrophotographic printer. The protective cover package is a flexible, closed loop sheet member which extends about an outer, photoreceptor coated surface of the endless belt. The photoreceptor coated surface of the endless belt is releasably secured to an inner surface of the sheet member, such that the sheet member supports the belt, and protects the photoreceptor surface from damage that would adversely affect the image reproduction quality of the belt. The sheet member has a belt loading configuration, that substantially duplicates the configuration of the endless belt when the belt is mounted onto support rollers of the electrophotographic printer. By replicating the configuration of the support rollers, loading of the belt onto the rollers is facilitated using the protective cover package. The sheet member also has a compact configuration that requires less volume than the belt loading configuration. The compact configuration of the sheet member minimizes shipping volume and storage space requirements for replacement photoreceptor belts.

摘要： A cartridge for a disc-shaped recording medium, the cartridge including a cover shell and a base shell which house a flexible, magnetic recording medium therebetween. A movable shutter is provided along a front edge of the cartridge for covering, when in the closed position, an opening in each shell which allows a read/write head to access the recording medium. The shutter is windowless and has triangle-shaped portions which cover the read/write head access openings. The shutter includes a raised rib along its periphery and has a rounded corner. A raised rib may also be provided on the cartridge shell adjacent the read/write head access opening to prevent debris particles from entering the interior of the cartridge via the head access opening. The shutter is reinforced to prevent bending and has a rounded corner to minimize the chance that the shutter corner will become snagged on some other object, such as loose clothing.

摘要： An adjustable tray assembly adaptable for use in desk drawers having side walls spaced at various distances. The tray assembly includes a first portion having a plurality of open top receptacles and a support lip projecting away from one side, and a second portion also with a projecting support lip and mounted on the first portion to affording relative movement between the portions to change the spacing between the first and second support lips so that they can be supported on the upper edge surfaces of the side walls of the drawers of different widths with the first and second portions bridging therebetween. The tray assembly can also include dispensers for office supplies including note paper, tape flags and tape; the tape dispenser being of a novel low profile design.

摘要： A cartridge device for packaging an endless, organic photoreceptor belt of an electrophotographic printer. The cartridge device is a closed loop support structure manufactured of a resilient material around which the endless belt extends. The resilient support structure has a belt loading configuration, that substantially duplicates the configuration of the endless belt when the belt is mounted onto support rollers of the electrophotographic printer. By replicating the configuration of the support rollers, loading of the belt onto the rollers is facilitated using the cartridge device. The resilient support structure also has a compact configuration that requires less volume than the belt loading configuration. The compact configuration of the cartridge device minimizes shipping volume and storage space requirements for replacement photoreceptor belts. In both the belt loading configuration and the compact configuration, the cartridge device substantially protects the photoreceptor belt from inadvertent damage that would adversely affect the image reproduction quality of the replacement belt.
