摘要： A personal protection system for providing a sterile barrier around medical/surgical personnel. The system includes a helmet over which a hood or a toga suspended. Integral with the helmet is a ventilation fan. The helmet also includes a light assembly for illuminating the surgical field. The helmet includes a front nozzle from which air from the ventilation fan is discharged. The light assembly is mounted to the helmet and is located below the front nozzle. Air discharged from the front nozzle blows heat generated by the light assembly away from the light assembly. In some versions of the invention, the light assembly includes a control arm connected to the light assembly for pivoting the light assembly.

Embodiments of the fluid-dynamic structures include a number of reconfigurable members separated by non-reconfigurable members. The reconfigurable members may be manufactured from temperature-sensitive polymeric foam, which become compliant at certain temperatures. The structure may also include an actuator assembly, operable to apply a reconfiguration force along a reconfiguration path, to reconfigure the structure between two or more volumetric shapes. Some embodiments also include a temperature regulation assembly for regulating the temperature of the reconfigurable members, and a structural attachment assembly for attaching the structure to a structure.

摘要： A system for selecting a user speech profile for a device in a vehicle includes a control module having a speech recognition system and a memory. The speech recognition system is configured to process audio signals and includes a speaker enrollment function configured to create a user speech profile for at least one user. The memory is configured to store a plurality of user speech profiles created by the speaker enrollment function. The system may include an external device configured to transmit a control signal to the vehicle including an identifier. Alternatively, the system may include a user input device configured to receive an input command from a user that includes an identifier. The control module uses the identifier to select a user speech profile from the plurality of user speech profiles and the speech recognition system uses the selected user speech profile to process audio signals from the user.

These face sheets may each comprise a first and second surface and be substantially flat.
