    • A coil nailing device for finishing materials is invented that comprises a standby part for temporarily retaining and loading the nails into a muzzle. A door is installed adjacent to the standby part to check the nail supply. A door latch consists of a hook, coil spring and latch hinge shaft. The door and door latch are operated in the lateral direction, perpendicular to the axis of the main body. The muzzle consists of an adapter, lever arm and a pair of arc-shaped sliding grooves formed on both lateral surfaces. The adapter is attachable to the nose of the main body. A clearance setting device is designed to allow the use of various sizes of nails by setting the depth of the magazine depending on the loaded nail size. An interval setting device is convenient to nail a series of shingle panels by setting the panel interval while the coil nailing device is sliding along the edge of the panels.

    • The present invention relates to a system for providing a multimedia service to a portable device. The multimedia service system of the present invention includes a multimedia source, a hardware transcoder, an interface unit, a storage unit and a portable device. The multimedia source provides multimedia contents including video and/or audio data. The hardware transcoder converts the multimedia contents into contents having a format suitable for a display device of the portable device. The interface unit transmits the contents converted by the transcoder. The storage unit stores therein the contents received through the interface unit. The portable device receives the contents from the storage unit and displays the contents. The transcoder changes at least one of video and/or audio formats, a bandwidth (data rate), a frame rate and a resolution of the contents provided from the multimedia source. Accordingly, the present invention can provide multimedia contents most suitable for a portable device having a relatively low display capability.

    • A nailing tool having a nail suspender is developed for holding a last nail which is supplied into an ejection guide. The suspender can activate in response to the movement of a connecting unit to repeatedly perform the holding and releasing the last nail to prevent from free releasing, which is supplied into the ejection guide for firing. The contactor and connecting unit are mounted along the muzzle guide. When the contactor is pressed against on a target site, the connecting unit activates the suspender to hold the nail in the firing standby unit to prevent the last nail from free dropping before firing. A magnetic member is attached to the lower end of the suspender to securely hold the nail, so that the nail can be prevented from free dropping.

    • A method of fabricating a flash memory device includes depositing and etching an insulating layer on a substrate having STI structures, depositing a first polysilicon layer over the insulating layer and the substrate, etching the first polysilicon layer to form floating gates and removing the insulating layer. The method also includes forming a first photoresist pattern, performing a first ion implantation using the first photoresist pattern to form first source/drain regions in the substrate and adjacent to the floating gate, removing the first photoresist pattern, depositing an ONO layer on the resulting structure, depositing a second polysilicon layer over the ONO layer, and etching the second polysilicon layer to form a control gate and at least one select gate. The method concludes by forming a second photoresist pattern and performing a second ion implantation using the second photoresist pattern to form second source/drain regions in the substrate and adjacent to the select gate.
