摘要： Rubber composition which improves dispersibility of silica and enhances processability by reducing viscosity of an unvulcanized rubber and which suppresses rubber scorching, inhibits shrinkage without delaying a vulcanization rate and improves a heat resistance, and a tire prepared by using the above rubber composition. Rubber composition prepared by blending at least one rubber component selected from a natural rubber and/or a diene base synthetic rubber with silica and a glycerin fatty acid ester composition, wherein a blend amount of the glycerin fatty acid ester composition is 0.5 to 15 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component; the fatty acid has 8 to 28 carbon atoms; the glycerin fatty acid ester composition contains glycerin fatty acid monoester and glycerin fatty acid diester; and a content of the glycerin fatty acid monoester in the glycerin fatty acid ester composition is 85% by mass or less.

摘要： In order to provide a rubber composition in which dispersibility of silica is improved and in which a viscosity of an unvulcanized rubber is lowered and a heat build-up improving effect of a vulcanized rubber is well exerted, and a tire prepared by using the rubber composition, the rubber composition is endowed with a constitution in which 100 parts by mass of at least one rubber component selected from natural rubber and/or diene base synthetic rubbers are compounded with 55 to 200 parts by mass of silica and 0.5 to 15 parts by mass of at least one of alkanolamines represented by the following Formula (I): [in Formula (I), R1 represents an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having 1 to 24 carbon atoms, and the above alkyl group and alkenyl group may be any of a linear group, a branched group and a cyclic group; m and n represent an average addition molar number, and m and n are numerical values which represent m+n=1 to 20].

摘要： The present invention relates to [1] a plasticizer for a halogen-based resin including a condensate obtainable by an esterification reaction between a furan dicarboxylic acid compound and an aliphatic alcohol having 4 to 22 carbon atoms, in which the aliphatic alcohol includes a saturated aliphatic alcohol and an unsaturated aliphatic alcohol, and a content of the unsaturated aliphatic alcohol in the aliphatic alcohol is not more than 25% by mass; and [2] a halogen-based resin composition including the aforementioned plasticizer. The plasticizer has a plasticization performance for a halogen-based resin at a level identical to or higher than that of a phthalate-based plasticizer, and exhibits excellent effects of improving compatibility, heat resistance and cold resistance.
