This ensures both sufficient adhesion to the steel plate and sufficient reinforcement of the same steel plate. Thus, this steel plate reinforcing plate, when adhesively bonded to a steel plate used in a variety of industrial machines properly and then foamed, can provide an effective reinforcement of the steel plate by forming the steel reinforcing plate bonded to the steel plate.
