摘要： At the step of preheating the container, in addition to heating of the whole container, a neck portion (1a) of the container may be heated separately. Alternatively on the step of preheating the container, while whole container is heated by a hot air blast which is supplied in the container, neck portion (1a) of the container may be heated separately. Since it is difficult to increase the temperature of the neck portion as compared with other portions, by heating the neck portion separately, the effect of the preheating is performed more effectively. It is desirable that the hot air blast is supplied from the nozzle inserted in the container. For example by the method of spraying hot air blast from the outside of the portions, heating of the neck portions can be performed.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a main casing and a cartridge detachably mountable therein. The cartridge includes a photosensitive drum and a developing roller disposed to oppose each other. The main casing includes: a metal frame for supporting the cartridge; a lock member supported to the metal frame and movable about a first axis to allow or restrict movement of the photosensitive drum relative to the metal frame; and a contact-separation member supported to the metal frame and movable about a second axis to allow contact and separation of the developing roller relative to the photosensitive drum. The lock member and the contact-separation member are aligned in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to an axis of the photosensitive drum such that the first axis is not overlapped with the contact-separation member or the second axis is not overlapped with the lock member in an axial direction of the photosensitive drum.

摘要： A developing unit is to be attachable to and detachable from an image forming device main body. The developing unit is provided with a developer case, a developing roller coupled with the developer case, and a movement member coupled with the developer case. The movement member is capable of moving between a housing position where the movement member is substantially housed inside the developer case and a protruding position where the movement member protrudes beyond the developer case. The movement member is positioned at the protruding position and pushed by the image forming device main body in a predetermined direction while the developing unit is being attached to the image forming device main body.

A supplying control unit allows supply of a recording medium in the medium passage responsive to an image-forming signal, and prevents supply of a recording medium in the passage responsive to a warm-up signal. A warm-up control unit controls the motor to drive, responsive to the warm-up signal, at a first speed if a detected temperature is least a first temperature, and a second speed lower than the first speed if the detected temperature detected is lower than the first temperature. An image forming control unit controls the motor to drive, responsive to the image-forming signal, at a third speed if the detected temperature is at least a second temperature, and a fourth speed lower than the third speed if the detected temperature is lower than the second temperature.
