摘要： This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to an enhanced multiple input multiple output (MIMO) preamble frame. A device may determine a MIMO frame including a first section and a second section. The device may generate an enhanced MIMO frame including at least in part a modified first section and the second section of the MIMO frame. The device may determine a first stream and a second stream associated with at least one antenna of the device. The device may cause to send the enhanced MIMO frame to one or more first devices on the first stream. The device may cause to send the MIMO frame to the one or more first devices on the second stream.

摘要： Apparatus, computer readable media, and methods for enhanced beamforming training in a wireless local area network are disclosed. An apparatus of a access point or station is disclosed. The apparatus including processing circuitry where the processing circuitry is configured to encode an EBRP packet comprising a first portion comprising an indication of a first number of transmit antenna training settings (N-TX), and an indication of a second number of receive training subfields per N-TX settings (N-RX), and a second portion comprising a third number of training subfields. The third number may be less than or equal to N-TX times N-RX. The processing circuitry may be configured to cause the first portion of the EBRP packet to be transmitted and cause the second portion to be transmitted, where two or more of the third number of training subfields are to be transmitted simultaneously using different antennas and orthogonal sequences.

A device can include processing circuitry (e.g., PHY and/or MAC layer circuitry) configured to transmit an enhanced sector sweep (ESSW) frame for each of a plurality of transmit sectors, wherein each of the plurality of transmit sectors correspond to a weight vector for the first plurality of antennas, each ESSW frame including a plurality of training units to simultaneously beamforming train one or more responder STAs, receive an SSW feedback frame, each SSW feedback frame indicating a transmit sector of the plurality of transmit sectors and a receive sector of a corresponding STA of the one or more STAs to be used in communication between the initiator STA and the responder STA, and transmit one or more SSW acknowledgement frames to the one or more responder STAs to verify the transmit sector and receive sector to use for communication.

摘要： Embodiments of a STA configured for proximity detection by multiple WLAN link tracking are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the STA performs WLAN sensing using two or more WLAN links with one or more other STAs to track a channel state of each link and performs motion detection based on the tracked channel state of each WLAN link to detect motion in any of the WLAN links. If motion is detected in at least some of the WLAN links, the STA may perform proximity detection to indicate proximity by combining results of the WLAN sensing for each link to determine whether the motion is proximate to the STA or proximate to one of the other STAs.

The processing circuitry may be further configured to determine the primary channel, a secondary channel, a secondary1 channel, and a secondary2 channel based on the BSS operating channels field and the primary channel field.

A device may establish a first communication link using a first antenna transmit chain of one or more transmit chains of the initiator, wherein the one or more antenna transmit chains further comprise a second antenna transmit chain. The device may initiate a MIMO BRP TXSS over the one or more antenna transmit chains. The device may map a single space-time stream over the one or more antenna transmit chains. The device may cause to send, to a responder device, an enhanced directional multi-gigabit (EDMG) frame using spatial expansion based on the mapping of the single space-time stream. The device may identify a feedback frame from the responder device. The device may determine one or more antenna weight vectors (AWVs) to use in a MIMO phase of the MIMO beamforming training based on the feedback frame.
