    • A method for determining a channel quality for the transmission of data in the channel by a test device. The test device transmits the data with the determined channel quality to a device to be tested which determines one or more pieces of decision information. The device to be tested forwards the piece(s) of decision information to the test device as a response signal and the test device reads the piece(s) of decision information from the response signal. The piece(s) of decision information from the response signal is/are uniquely attributed to a transmission mode to be adjusted. The initially determined channel quality is also uniquely attributed to an expected transmission mode. The expected transmission mode is compared with the transmission mode to be adjusted in a comparative unit in the evaluation unit, thereby allowing a statement regarding the correctness of the transmission mode to be adjusted.

    • A method for determining a channel quality for the transmission of data in the channel by a test device.     • The invention relates to a method for generating multi-antenna signals. Firstly, the propagation conditions between channel coefficients, which each describe one transmitter antenna and one receiver antenna, are generated. Furthermore, weighting factors are generated to weight signals to be transmitted via one transmitter antenna in each case. Taking the channel coefficients (hij) and the weighting factors (Wij,) into consideration, received signals arriving therein are calculated for each receiver antenna. A transmitted signal is generated in each case from the calculated arriving received signals, which corresponds to the calculated received signal for said receiving device. The particular transmitted signals are generated by a signal generator and transmitted to the associated receiving device.

    • A method detects a bandwidth that is transmitted by a transmitter in a radio communications system, which is based on transmission frames. The transmission frames comprise a fixed time extension and a variable spectral extension. The transmission frames consist of a plurality of sub-units. Each sub-unit of the transmission frames contains a control channel, which is subdivided into two sub-control channels. The two sub-control channels are arranged at the spectral edges of the sub-units of the transmission frames. The transmitted bandwidth is investigated by determining the spectral extension of the transmission frame. The spectral extension of the transmission frame is determined by determining the spectral position of the sub-control channels in the sub-units of the transmission frames.

    • The present disclosure relates to a method for the determination of an antenna weighing factor for base stations of a cellular radio network, wherein a radio link to a terminal can be established simultaneously via several base stations which respectively transmit in a parallel manner via several transmission paths from various antennas to the terminal. The terminal respectively determines channel coefficients for the transmission paths for the associated base stations and determines an antenna weighting factor using the channel coefficients and transmits the coefficients to the base stations. A transmission quality value of a transmission channel between the respective base station and the terminal is determined for the individual base stations and the channel coefficients of the individual base stations are prioritized and taken into account using the determined antenna weighting factor.
