摘要： The present invention provides a porous semiconductive structure, characterized in that the structure has an electrical conductivity of 5·10−8 S·cm−1 to 10 S·cm−1, and an activation energy of the electrical conductivity of 0.1 to 700 meV, and a solid fraction of 30 to 60% by volume, and a pore size of 1 nm to 500 nm, the solid fraction having at least partly crystalline doped constituents which are bonded to one another via sinter necks and have sizes of 5 nm to 500 nm and a spherical and/or ellipsoidal shape, which comprise the elements silicon, germanium or an alloy of these elements, and also a process for producing a porous semiconductive structure, characterized in that A. doped semimetal particles are obtained, and then B. a dispersion is obtained from the semimetal particles obtained after step A, and then C. a substrate is coated with the dispersion obtained after step B, and then D. the layer obtained after step C is treated by means of a solution of hydrogen fluoride in water, and then E. the layer obtained after step D is treated thermally to obtain a porous semiconductive structure.

Digital control and interface circuits are commonly associated with a plurality of such subscriber circuits and in the present invention the analog circuit portions which are associated with a sub-group of a subscriber line and circuit for coding and decoding are combined into sub-modules such as printed circuit boards which are mounted on a common carrier plate at a spacing from the main portion of the plate so that the carrier plate forms the circuit carrier for the paths and components of the digital portion of the circuits.

摘要： A subscriber line access circuit for use in a telecommunications system is disclosed. The subscriber line access circuit has a power supply bridge in the form of a first resistor inserted in the b-wire (ground potential side) of a subscriber line, a second resistor inserted in the a-wire (supply potential side) of the subscriber line, and a capacitor which bridges the two wires at the terminals of the two resistors on the sides thereof opposite to the respective potential sources. This supply bridge is coupled on the capacitor side with a two-to-four wire hybrid transformer for the two-wire/four-wire transition to the system, and includes an evaluating circuit which delivers an indicating signal when the subscriber actuates a ground key. A cutoff circuit is arranged in the power supply bridge in series with the first or the second resistor, or both, between such resistor and the winding of the hybrid transformer to which it, the resistor, as well as the evaluating circuit are connected. This cutoff circuit comprises a cutoff switch which is opened, with a delay, upon ground key actuation and closed when the ground key actuation is terminated.

摘要： A digital interface between at least two subscriber line interface circuits and a processing unit is described. The interface is configured in the form of a parallel interface. The level of an input/output register and of a control register is allocated, as needed, to the connections of the processing unit. These connections can be operated selectively as inputs or outputs. They can also be operated in two modes, depending upon which type of subscriber line interface circuit (SLIC) is connected. The connections of the last-mentioned units are partially operable as inputs or outputs and partially operable only as inputs but in the input case, selectively for various types of input signals.

摘要： The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for the indication of loop closure during the ringing condition for a subscriber circuit which is connected to the exchange of a digital time multiplex telephone system by way of a subscriber termination circuit comprising a subscriber line interface circuit which, in part, provides the ringing supply and signalling, and a signal processing unit which, in part, provides for analog to digital conversion and digital to analog conversion as well as for filtering.The circuit arrangement includes a changeover switch, by way of which, a signal representative of the subscriber termination line current is applied to the signal processing unit during the ringing condition, in place of the speech signal present during the speech condition. This voltage signal is subjected to analog to digital conversion and filtering as for the speech signal at other times except that the high-pass filtering otherwise employed is avoided, and in that the resulting digital signal is further summed over at least one period of the ringing signal frequency. The sum signal is compared with a reference value which provides a loop closure signal when the reference value is exceeded by the sum signal.

摘要： A circuit arrangement for determining the connection condition of a plurality of subscriber lines in a telecommunication network, each of the subscriber lines having two wires extending between a subscriber station and a subscriber line interface circuit and being connected via respective resistors to the two poles of a DC voltage source. For a group of such subscriber lines the operating conditions are consecutively monitored by sampling the voltage occurring at two sampling points of both wires by a respective multiplexor and passing it to a comparator having inputs which are temporarily inter-connected by filter capacitors each separately associated with a respective subscriber line interface circuit. In addition, the comparator receives a reference voltage determining a threshold voltage. For ground key indication one of the sampling points is connected to one input of a further comparator which second input is supplied by a corresponding further reference voltage. The output signals of both comparators are presented at a central control unit for evaluation. When monitoring a ground key indication the output signal of the second comparator, however, is passed only if presupposed signals indicating correct operation, i.e. closed loop condition are present.
