摘要： Provided are systems and methods for establishing, by a user device, a connection with a cellular network, transmitting, by the user device to a cellular network server, a first message comprising an indication of a connection to a wireless network, receiving, by the user device from the cellular network server, a second message comprising wireless network measurement parameters, acquiring, by the user device from the cellular phone device, wireless network measurements in accordance with the wireless network measurement parameters, and transmitting, by the user device to the cellular network server, a wireless network measurement report comprising an indication of the wireless network measurements, wherein the cellular network server is configured to determine whether a cellular device is proximate to an access point for the wireless network using the wireless network measurements.
