    • The present invention relates to a floor standing treatment device that has a front panel and a mainframe assembly adapted to be removably attachable to the front panel. The mainframe assembly has an integrally molded latching mechanism having a latch and one or more L shaped guides configured to cooperate with one or more pairs stops for limiting lateral movement of the latch. The latch is adapted to engage a portion of the front panel for securely attaching the front panel to the mainframe assembly. The air purifier may also have a cavity positioned along a bottom edge of a back housing to house an electrical cord provided with the air purifier. Additionally, the air purifier may also have an elongated slot positioned at the apex of the mainframe assembly for allowing one or two handed carrying of the air purifier.

    • A system and method for measuring the efficiency of social media campaigns. The system collects searchable activity data of members of a social network and processes this data locally to extract interaction data happening on the profile page of the social media campaign on the social network. The interaction data is then weighed in accordance with its type. The system may also determine an effort score representing a monetary value of the profile page based on the volume of contribution by the owners of the social media campaign. The efficiency score may then be determined based on a relationship between the number of interactions, the weight associated with each interaction, and the effort score.

    • The orthotic is formed of a monolithic semi-rigid resilient shell for engagement inside a footwear and for conformingly fitting against the plantar portion of a patient's foot. The orthotic includes a rear heel cup portion that may have inner and outer rearwardly-extending resiliently deformable arms defining at their rear ends a rearwardly-opened notch therebetween. A number of first grooves may be made along the outer or inner flange of the heel cup portion, on the exposed top or bottom surface thereof. The orthotic further comprises a front end portion for engaging the metatarsal plantar region of the foot, having a sinuous front edge which includes five frontwardly-facing arcuate concavities each for registering wedging engagement therein by a corresponding one of the five metatarsal anterior portions of that person's foot. A number of second grooves may be made on the exposed top or bottom surface of the front end portion, and at least one of each second groove open into a corresponding arcuate concavity. The front and rear grooves provide dynamic stabilization of the patient's foot and resistance against cyclical load-induced torque during gait. No separate add-on crutch stabilizer is necessary at a raised portion of the orthotic.

    • An improved prosthetic foot keel is proposed, based on the capability of the flexible keel to maintain the amputee's stability by means of medio-lateral forces and impulsions, while initially storing energy at heel strike and mid-stance, for restoring same at toe-off, in all planes. The keel is of the cantilever spring type, as generally disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 4,645,509 to Poggi et al.. The improvement is directed: firstly, to a medially-oriented heel curvature which, at heel strike, provides medio-lateral stability during the weight transfer from the contra-lateral limb to the prosthetic limb; and secondly, to an inward medio-lateral forefront portion extension thereof which, by extending the lever arm of the deformable keel, produces a medio-lateral propulsion capability at foot push off. Hence, this keel medio-lateral heel curvature and inward extension facilitates lateral back and forth swinging motion of the amputee's body center of gravity, typical of a normal gait.
