摘要： The present invention relates to a method and system for increasing popularity of one or more content items shared over a peer-to-peer network, comprising: (a) a central server for receiving from an operator terminal by means of a user interface software component a list of said one or more content items to be shared over said peer-to-peer network; and (b) one or more virtual clients servers for communicating with said central server, receiving said list, and increasing popularity of said one or more content items at said peer-to-peer network by creating at least one thousand virtual clients which form a statistical weight sufficient to affect the overall popularity of said one or more content items, each of said virtual clients sharing or pretending to share said one or more content items.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and system for monitoring peer-to-peer traffic over a data network, comprising (a) file identifier unit (105) for searching the peer-to-peer network (126) according to search criteria, and retrieving identifiers of files that are shared over said peer-to-peer network (126); (b) an enabler (110) for receiving from said filed identifier unit said found identifiers, a for each identifier found, search said peer-to-peer network and finding the network addresses related to computers that contain in their shared storage at least a portion of the file corresponding to said identifier; and (c) a database (111) for storing for each of said identifiers of the network said enabler. The system further comprises an analyzing unit for analyzin (112) and processing data stored within the database, and creating matrixes representing data of peer-to-peer user's activities.

摘要： The invention relates to a strategic peer to peer system for affecting the overall behavior of a peer to peer network, which comprises: (a) A central server having communication with a plurality of remote agent machines; (b) A task interface within said central server for enabling an operator to define a task for said remote agent machines, each task comprises a strategy and specific parameters for said strategy; (c) A plurality of remote agent machines, for each receiving said task from said central server, and each creating a large number, several hundreds or more, of peer to peer virtual users that are introduced into a peer to peer network, all said virtual users performing same strategy in said peer to peer network.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and system for detecting and managing Peer-To-Peer traffic over a data network.
