摘要： A method for the homopolymerization or copolymerization of vinyl chloride, wherein the inner wall of the polymerizer and the like are prevented from being fouled with the resulting polymer by applying a coating fluid containing the oxidative polymerization product of a specific phenolic monomer to the surface of the inner wall of the polymerizer and the like, as well as an anti-fouling agent used for this purpose. The method of this invention can very effectively prevent the polymerizer and the like from being fouled with the resulting polymer without affecting the polymerization rate and various properties of the product. Consequently, the necessity of performing the operation for removal of the deposited polymer after completion of each polymerization cycle is eliminated, thus making it possible to achieve closed polymerization requiring no manhole opening after each polymerization cycle which is becoming increasingly popular in recent years.

摘要： A process for polymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer wherein the vinyl chloride monomer is subjected to homopolymerization or (co)polymerization with a monomer copolymerizable with the vinyl chloride monomer in an aqueous solvent, comprising applying in advance a coating liquid containing a cocondensation product obtained by reacting either a phenothiazine derivative and an aldehyde or a phenothiazine derivative, a naphthol derivative and an aldehyde to give an initial condensation product and then reacting the initial product with a polyphenol, to an inner wall of a polymerization tank and parts of an apparatus in contact with the monomers during the polymerization process. The process makes it possible to apply the cocondensation product as an aqueous solution to, e.g., an inner wall of a polymerization tank; to quite effectively prevent polymer adhesion in, e.g., a polymerization tank, without affecting a polymerization rate or physical properties of the product; and thus to eliminate the need for removing adhered polymer after every polymerization process and to realize closed polymerization in which a manhole should not be opened for every polymerization process.

摘要： A process is provided for the polymerization of vinyl chloride in a closed mode. According to the process, oxygen is caused to exist in a polymerizer, which is coated with an anti-fouling agent, during an operation in which the polymerization is repeated. The process according to this invention has made it possible to fully exhibit effects of the anti-fouling. This has in turn made it possible to achieve polymerization of vinyl chloride in the closed mode, leading to an improvement in productivity.

摘要： The present invention provides a ferritic stainless steel casting and a sheet thereof excellent in deep drawability, punch stretchability and ridging resistance and a method for producing the casting and the sheet. In the present invention, a chemical composition is controlled so that the amounts of C, N, Si, Mn, P and Ti may be reduced to the utmost for securing high workability and, on the basis of the chemical composition, the roping and ridging of a steel sheet product is reduced by adding Mg, thus dispersing Mg containing oxides that accelerate the formation of nuclei for solidification and, resultantly, suppressing the development of coarse columnar crystals in a casting. The present invention is characterized in that the average composition of the Mg containing oxides dispersing in a casting satisfies the following expressions and , 17.4(Al2O3)+3.9(MgO)+0.3(MgAl2O4)+18.7(CaO)≦500 , (Al2O3)+(MgO)+(MgAl2O4)+(CaO)≧95 .

摘要： The present invention provides a low-alloy high-purity ferritic stainless steel sheet provided with improved oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength by utilizing Sn addition in trace amounts without relying on excessive alloying of Al and Si which reduces fabricability and weldability or addition of rare elements such as Nb, Mo, W, and rare earths, and a process for producing the same. The high-purity ferritic stainless steel sheet includes C: 0.001 to 0.03%, Si: 0.01 to 2%, Mn: 0.01 to 1.5%, P: 0.005 to 0.05%, S: 0.0001 to 0.01%, Cr: 16 to 30%, N: 0.001 to 0.03%, Al: 0.05 to 3%, and Sn: 0.01 to 1% (% by mass), with the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. A stainless steel slab having such steel components is heated, wherein an extraction temperature is 1100 to 1250° C., and a winding temperature after hot rolling is 650° C. or lower. A hot-rolled sheet is annealed at 900 to 1050° C., and cooled at 10° C./sec or less over a temperature range of 550 to 850° C.
