    • An inventive system and method for determining and presenting contextual suggestions on a mobile device is presented. The invention comprises a server having an incoming context handler, and a context presentation manager, a notifier, and a goal resolution component all on the mobile device, and user context, wherein the incoming context handler emits an event toward the mobile device, the goal resolution component determines the event causes a change in the user context and forwards notification to the context presentation manager, the notifier receives notification, renders notification on the mobile device, and presents the contextual suggestions based on the change in the user context on the mobile device. The system may further comprise a goal inferral component operable to determine detailed user context based on the event. In one embodiment, the notifier renders notification by causing the mobile device to vibrate, display multiple colors and/or emit sounds.

Such a scheme can allow market-makers to economically service customer requests by leveraging the real-time conditions and circumstances of their vast network of local service affiliates. Open competition will drive down prices for these services and increase revenues for the market-makers who will be able to service customer requests at the best prices available. This system will also benefit local service affiliates by notifying them and allowing them to compete for a broader number of service requests. A feedback mechanism will also encourage superior customer service since affiliates will want to ensure that they are considered for more jobs.

    • A method and system for providing a dynamic key in usage records for correlating the usage data records created in a distributed computer or telecommunications network. The dynamic key is a composite structure which captures and reflects the control flow between the service components. The method as been implemented in a software object that would be resident in each component of a distributed telecommunications system. Specifically, the keys created are dynamic key comprised of at least two fields. The first field is a unique identifier that identifies the session. The second field is number that identifies the position within the sequence of invoked components that the present component was invoked. This dynamic key is forwarded to the next component and is used as the unique identifier and becomes the first field in the next component's key. These keys allow for correlating usage data records from disparate sources to accomplish such activities as billing and/or fraud detection.
