摘要： A composite yarn derived from material that is known to be environmentally friendly, and which is then coated with polyurethane is disclosed. Specifically, the composite yarn is derived from ocean waste and then wrapped or twisted with cotton or other materials. The ocean waste comprises recycled PET fibers that are blended with almost any fiber type, but most commonly with cotton, nylon, polyester, hemp, or wool. The composite yarn is then coated with polyurethane to produce a more sustainable coated material. The polyurethane-coated yarn is then used as a base material for care labels, and the total construction is thermal transfer printable, and can be printed with standard inks.

摘要： An adjustable and repositionable RFID inlay is described herein. The RFID inlay comprises: a) a substrate having a first side and a second side; b) an antenna at least partially disposed on the first side of the substrate, and c) an RFID chip at least partially disposed on the first side of the substrate; wherein a first adhesive is at least partially disposed on the RFID inlay; and wherein a second adhesive is at least partially disposed on the RFID inlay. The second adhesive is an activatable adhesive. Also described herein is a method of positioning an RFID inlay with a first adhesive and a second adhesive where the second adhesive is an activatable adhesive. The method may further comprise repositioning the RFID inlay prior to activating the second adhesive to at least partially affix the RFID inlay to the object.

摘要： A three dimensional weave fabric material is disclosed for use in producing garments and other items. The three dimensional weave fabric material comprises two layers of material, a face layer and back layer. The face layer and the back layer are then woven together via floating threads to create predetermined patterns or areas where the two layers are not woven together. These areas which are not woven together create tubes. Specifically, the weaving is controlled by a computer program that will weave or not weave the two layers together. Once the weaving is complete, the three dimensional weave fabric material is heat treated. The heat treating process shrinks the floating threads, causing manipulation of the tube. Specifically, the tube puffs or stands up more than if there was no heat treatment. Additionally, the tubes can be filled with fibers or other suitable materials to make the puffed areas more firm.
