摘要： The present invention prevents shield terminal backlash within a housing. The present invention comprises: a shield terminal (20) of a form in which an inner conductor (21) and a dielectric (23) are surrounded by an outer conductor (24); and a housing (10) in which the shield terminal (20) is accommodated. The housing (10) has a hood portion (16) that surrounds the front end portion of the shield terminal (20) with a space therebetween. The housing (10) has formed therein a cylindrical holding portion (18) that holds the outer peripheral portion of the front end portion of the shield terminal (20) within the hood portion (16).

摘要： A shield connector is provided with a housing including a module accommodation chamber and a terminal module to be inserted into the module accommodation chamber from behind the housing. The terminal module is formed such that an inner conductor is surrounded by a dielectric and the dielectric is surrounded by an outer conductor. The outer conductor includes a projecting portion projecting from a position rearward of a front end of the outer conductor on an outer surface of the outer conductor. An inner wall surface constituting the module accommodation chamber has a facing inner surface facing the outer surface formed with the projecting portion. The facing inner surface is formed with a projection-like backlash eliminating portion. The projecting portion is arranged behind the backlash eliminating portion with the terminal module inserted in the module accommodation chamber.

摘要： A shield terminal is provided with a pair of female inner conductors including box-shaped connecting portions into which tabs of male inner conductors are inserted, a female dielectric configured by uniting a first member and a second member made of a material having a lower dielectric constant than the first member, the pair of female inner conductors being accommodated in the female dielectric while being arranged in parallel, and a front separation wall portion formed in the second member and disposed to partition between a pair of the box-shaped connecting portions. Since the female dielectric is divided into the first member and the second member and the front separation wall portion is formed in the second member having a lower dielectric constant, a material cost can be reduced as compared to the case where the both members are made of a material having a low dielectric constant.
