摘要： System for measuring motor bearings consumption of railway vehicles, comprising: a phonic wheel, arranged to be fixed to a shaft of a rotor, having a profile including an alternation of teeth and holes; a sensor, arranged to measure a punctual air-gap between the teeth of the phonic wheel and said sensor during rotation of the shaft, said sensor generating a basic sinusoidal signal function of said profile, wherein the basic sinusoidal signal is superimposed to a modulating wave, representative of a radial motion of the shaft, the basic signal and the modulating wave forming a complete signal; characterized in that the sensor further comprises: a control unit arranged to measure a maximum and a minimum amplitude value of the complete signal, said maximum and minimum amplitude values representing the maximum and minimum air-gap between the phonic wheel and the sensor, and for calculating an air-gap swing value; memory means arranged to store said air-gap swing value; wherein said sensor is arranged to send to an external control unit said air-gap swing value when the shaft stops rotating.

摘要： A system for monitoring a pantograph of a railway vehicle, the pantograph being adapted to be connected to a catenary and electrically connected to a traction unit, the catenary being adapted to provide an alternating current to the railway vehicle, the system further including: a voltage step detection device for detecting a voltage step of a pantograph voltage at the pantograph, a zero crossing detection device for detecting a zero crossing of a line current, the line current being a portion of a pantograph current provided to the traction unit, the pantograph current being the current flowing through the pantograph; and a bouncing detection portion adapted to determine at least one bouncing time of the pantograph based on one or more detected voltage steps of the voltage step detection device and/or one or more detected zero crossings of the zero crossing detection device.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for determining a state of a bearing of a three phase electric machine, the electric machine having a rotor, which is supported by the bearing, the electric machine being connected to a three phase inverter for supplying the electric machine with electric power, the three phase inverter being controlled to apply a pulse width modulation with a predefined scheme to create three phase currents, the method comprises: —determining a first phase current provided to the electric machine; —determining a second phase current provided to the electric machine, the second phase current being different to the first phase current; —determining the power spectral density of the park's vector based on the first phase current and the second phase current; —determining an amplitude of the power at a predefined frequency of the power spectral density, wherein the predefined frequency depends on the rotational speed of the rotor and the scheme of the pulse width modulation; —comparing the amplitude of the power at the predefined frequency with a predefined power value; and—determining, based on the comparison, whether a failure of the bearing has occurred or the bearing is degraded.
