    • There is disclosed an electronic instrument worn on the wrist including a case (2) at least a part (4) of which is electrically conductive and in which are housed an electronic module (6) including a printed circuit board (60) and an electric power source (10) for powering the electronic module. The printed circuit board (60) has, at its periphery, a mechanical contact zone with the electrically conductive part (4) of the case (2), and includes a conductive path (65) extending at the periphery of the printed circuit board, over the mechanical contact zone, and establishing an electric contact with the electrically conductive part (4) of the case (2). The electronic instrument further provides an antenna (20) provided with an ground plane (22) where the conductive path (65) electrically connects this ground plane (22) to the electrically conductive path (4) of the case (2), in directions extending substantially in the extension of the ground plane of the antenna (20) in order to increase the reception sensitivity of the latter.

    • There is provided a type of luminous hand including a part made of moulded transparent material that forms a circular head (28, 35) and a body (28, 34) of a hand. In order to direct a portion of a light beam parallel to the axis (15) of the hand towards the interior of the body, the head includes a plurality of reflectors (40, 41) distributed around the axis and formed by dihedron shaped hollows. This improves the intensity and uniformity of the light in the hand body. Inclined light-diffusing surfaces, covered with a light coloured paint, are arranged on the bottom face of the hand. In a display device with several coaxial hands (11,12) such as that of a watch, the reflectors of the superposed heads (29, 35) of the hands are located at respective distances from the axis which are different from one hand to another, such that they never completely cover each other. The light source preferably includes three light-emitting diodes (23) located under the dial (10). A cylindrical light guide (18) is placed between the source and the heads of the hands, in the central opening in the dial.

    • There is disclosed a portable electronic instrument (1) including a case (2), at least one electronic unit (72, 74) housed inside the case, and at least a first input and/or output terminal (A; B) accessible from the exterior of the case and including an electrically conductive element (100) which is mounted so as to be mobile with respect to the case. The connecting element can occupy a first or second position in which the input and/or output terminal is respectively uncoupled from or coupled to the input and/or output terminal of the electronic unit. The portable electronic instrument further includes a transmission gate (TGA; TGB) inserted on the transmission line between the input and/or output terminal and the input and/or output terminal of the electronic unit, said transmission gate having a transmitting and non-transmitting state allowing the input and/or output terminal to be respectively coupled to or uncoupled from said input and/or output terminal of the electronic unit.
