    • An automatic lubricating oil feeding system is disclosed which can centralistically control a plurality of dependent terminals to feed lubricating oil to required machine elements, such as bearings, at proper times by receiving the operation state information from the respective terminals. The system includes a host controller which utilizes a personal computer programmed to supervise, check, and display terminal state information, and an RF section, coupled to the personal computer via an interface, for transmitting command data of the personal computer and receiving the terminal state information data through a radio communication network. The system further includes at least one terminal comprising a lubricating oil discharge control device having a mechanical unit for discharging lubricating oil, a microprocessor for controlling the operation of the mechanical unit, and an RF section, coupled to the lubricating oil discharge control device, for receiving from the host controller the command data for controlling the lubricating oil discharge control device and transmitting to the host controller the terminal state information data resulting from a self-test of the lubricating oil discharge control device through the radio communication network.

    • An automatic lubricant dispenser is detachably mounted on a bearing of a machine to continuously supply lubricant to the bearing. The dispenser includes a housing for storing the lubricant inside, a piston upwardly compressing the lubricant inside the housing, a spring installed at a bottom of the piston, for compressing and elastically supporting the piston, and a flow pipe installed vertically by extending through both the housing and the piston. The flow pipe is formed with an inflow hole on a top portion thereof and an inside hollow channel so that the lubricant compressed by the piston flows into the flow pipe and is then discharged into a bottom of the housing. An operator can voluntarily control the accurate flow amount of the fluent lubricant.

    • A method of automatically feeding lubricating oil to bearing parts of various machine elements using a microcomputer whereby various settings, progress of the settings, and display of the operating state of a lubricating oil feeding apparatus can be easily identified in a user-oriented manner. According to the method, the remaining operating time is displayed on liquid crystal displays (LCDs) after the lubricating oil feeding apparatus is installed to facilitate the identification of the elapse of the operating time, the operation of a motor for discharging a set amount of lubricating oil is controlled, and various displays such as the overload of the motor, shortage of a battery capacity, elapse of the lubricating oil replacement time, etc., are displayed by icons on the LCDs. The method includes initializing the microcomputer to drive the lubricating oil discharge motor by one revolution when a power is initially supplied, setting a discharge amount of the lubricating oil, selecting and setting the number of operating months, controlling the operation of the motor so that the lubricating oil is discharged according to the set number of operating months, and displaying an elapse of the set operating months and various factors such as a trouble, shortage of the battery capacity, replacement time of the lubricating oil, etc., by icons and indicator lamps.

    • An automatic lubricating oil feeding apparatus for automatically feeding lubricating oil at predetermined intervals to rotary driving parts of various kinds of machines where bearings are installed. The apparatus can easily conquer the resistance of tube passages of the machines and thus facilitate the lubricating oil feeding to the machines by forming a lubricating oil discharge structure having a mechanical type vertical suction pump structure. The apparatus can also remove the oil-separation phenomenon even if the apparatus is used for a long time by effecting a pumping operation for suction and discharge of the lubricating oil by the pressure of a flanger ascending and descending by a mechanical driving force, and thus not applying a high pressure to a lubricating oil pouch. The apparatus includes a top cover wherein the lubricating oil pouch is installed, and a main case fastened to the top cover and receiving therein a nipple secured to a shaft of a bearing and a pump for controlling extrusion of a fixed amount of the lubricating oil. The pump is placed between an exit of the lubricating oil pouch and the nipple, and suction and discharge of the lubricating oil is performed by ascending and descending operation of a flanger of the pump which is driven by a motor.
