摘要： Disclosed is a multipurpose auxiliary brush for complementing a cleaning function of a main brush and for enabling a vacuum cleaner to perform various cleaning jobs, regardless of an object and place to be cleaned. A knife-type brush of the multipurpose auxiliary brush is adapted to clean a recessed surface such as a doorframe, a windowframe, or a recessed place in a room. The multipurpose auxiliary brush is connected to a hose assembly of the vacuum cleaner by inserting the hose assembly through an end of the knife-type brush. A carpet cleaning brush of the multipurpose auxiliary brush is adapted to beat and clean a variety of indented cleaning surfaces such as a sofa, a carpet, or a foot board made of woven goods. The carpet cleaning brush is slideably positioned on the front portion of the knife-type brush. The carpet cleaning brush can protrude in the forward direction from the front portion of the knife-type brush and can be arranged in a fan shape. A haired brush of the multipurpose auxiliary brush is adapted to clean is adapted to clean a recessed cleaning surface on which dust or other foreign substances has piled up such as a doorframe, a windowframe, or a recessed place in a room. The haired brush can be slideably positioned in a selected position on a rear portion of the knife-type brush or the carpet cleaning brush. A plurality of hairs made of a synthetic thread are attached to an end of the haired brush.

摘要： This invention relates to dual roles of the pepper esterase protein as a biocontrol agent that can elicit defense reactions in plant cells and as direct fungal inhibitor that can block fungal penetration into plant cells. The possible enzymatic actions of the PepEST protein were elucidated in both fungus and plant to gain insight into the molecular mechanisms involved in the fungal resistance. Exogenously treated PepEST protein on the unripe pepper fruits decomposed the cuticles of the fruits and released glycerol and 9-octadecenamide. The treatment resulted in the massive generation of hydrogen peroxide in the unripe pepper fruit and simultaneously elicited the expression of defense-related genes in both absence and presence of the fungus.

摘要： Disclosed is an electrical plug capable of preventing an overheating of electric wires of an electric cord connected to the electrical plug, and of preventing an accidental disconnection of the electric cord, thereby being very safe and very long-lasting. A plurality of plug terminals of the electrical plug are inserted into a wall outlet in order to supply an electric power to an electrical appliance. An electric cord electrically connects the electrical appliance to an electrical source. A first electric wire and a second electric wire are connected to the plug terminals, respectively. A plug body supports a connection between the plug terminals and the electric cord. Preferably, the plug body is made of a polyamide by using an injection molding process. A supporting portion for supporting the first electric wire and the second electric wire protrudes level to a center line of the main body and from one face of a main body of the plug body. A plurality of fixing members fix the first electric wire and the second electric wire on the supporting portion. A part of the fixing means has a reverse L-shape in order to effectively prevent the electric wires from shorting. Thereby, the first electric wire and the second electric wire do not short at the plug terminals.

The polypeptide encoded by the DNA sequence has ribonuclease activity which makes the enzyme highly effective in inhibiting the growth of fungal pathogen.
