摘要： The present invention provides an impact sensor which has neither electrical contacts exposed to an atmosphere nor any movable components, which is durable and highly reliable, and which is able to safely sense a vehicle impact even if loaded in a vehicle for a considerable period of time. The impact sensor comprises a piezoelectric element (3, 13) for generating a voltage of a magnitude in accordance with a pressure, a pair of electrodes (1c, 1d, 11c, 14) disposed to sandwich the piezoelectric element, an inertial mass (6,16) adapted to apply a pressure to either one of the electrodes, and a biasing member (7, 17) for biasing the inertial mass (6, 16) toward the piezoelectric element (3, 13). When the inertial mass (6, 16) is subject to an impact, the inertial mass (6, 16) is biased to apply to the piezoelectric element (3, 13) a pressure of a level in accordance with the magnitude of the impact. The piezoelectric element (3, 13) then provides a voltage of a magnitude in accordance with the pressure applied thereto.

摘要： A process is provided for producing a skin-integrated laminate using a mold assembly in which a female mold 1 is arranged above and facing a male mold 2 so as to be freely brought close to and away from the male mold, wherein the female mold 1 and the male mold 2 are arranged so as to form an end opening at the peripheral end of a cavity 11 when they are clamped, a plate mold 4 having an end-forming pointed end part 5 which can enter the above end opening is also provided, and the end of the skin material allowed to exist between the male mold 2 and the female mold 1 is clamped with a clamping mechanism 3 which can be freely opened and closed, whereby the skin material is adhered integratedly in layer to the molded synthetic resin substrate from its one side to the other end surface simultaneously with the forming of the substrate and whereby a skin-integrated laminate exhibiting a good appearance, whose skin material does not shrink even after the molding, can be produced in a good efficiency, and a mold assembly to be used therein is also provided.

摘要： A flexible laminated surface material has an outer material and a laminate wadding composed of a fibrous web and a nonwoven fabric sheet that are together needle punched. Parts of filaments of the web penetrate through the nonwoven fabric sheet, thus forming many small protrusions on the nonwoven fabric sheet. The outer material is adhered, using entire area or spot adhesion techniques, to the nonwoven fabric sheet side of the wadding with a substantial adhesion strength. By varying the amount of the adhesion applied, different types of adhesion can be achieved.
