摘要： An IP network system includes an IP network divided into a plurality of segments, an MN (mobile node) whose a Care of address is set for each segment where it is located, and a CN (corresponding node) which is a communication partner of the MN. The IP network system further includes a Care of Address managing unit for managing at least an old Care of Address set in a segment before movement of the MN and a new Care of Address set in another segment after movement of the MN, a packet receiving unit receiving a packet addressed to the old Care of Address at least after the MN is relocated to the another segment, the packet being transmitted from the CN, and a packet transfer unit transferring the packet addressed to the old Care of Address to the new Care of Address managed by the Care of Address managing unit, the packet addressed to the old Care of Address being received by the packet receiving unit.

摘要： A radio network controller in a mobile communication network detects characteristics of mobile devices that are wireless connected to a radio base station managed by the radio network controller. The radio network controller decides whether the mobile devices can be classified into at least one group according to the detected characteristics. When it is decided that the mobile devices can be classified into at least one group, radio base stations to which the mobile devices can be wireless connected are changed according to the classified group so that radio resources in the radio base stations can be uniformly used. By sharing the radio resources owned by a radio base station, the radio resources under the control of the radio network controller can be effectively utilized.

摘要： A mobile node is arranged to perform a high-quality hand-over operation for eliminating an interruption time in communication and keeping the continuance of communication excellent. The mobile node has a function of interfacing with networks and includes a network quality monitor, a hand-over controller, and a network controller. The network quality monitor operates to monitor a network quality based on at least one of an intensity and a radio bandwidth of a radio wave received by network devices. The hand-over controller performs the hand-over operation of transmitting a care of address to an address registering destination in response to a state of the network quality before a communication is disconnected, changing a route of communication information, and switching a connecting destination into a new network. The network controller receives a response that indicates an update of the care of address in the address registering destination and keeping a function of receiving data from the network before being switched until the communication is disconnected.
