摘要： An organic light emitting diode display including: a substrate; an organic light emitting diode on the substrate; a first thin film transistor coupled to the organic light emitting diode; and a first capacitor including a first capacitor electrode coupled to a first gate electrode of the first thin film transistor and a second capacitor electrode on the first capacitor electrode. The first capacitor electrode includes a protruding portion not overlapping the second capacitor electrode, and the second capacitor electrode includes a recess portion through which the first capacitor electrode is exposed.
