摘要： Provided is a germanium complex represented by Chemical Formula 1 wherein Y1 and Y2 are independently selected from R3, NR4R5 or OR6, and R1 through R6 independently represent (Ci-C7) alkyl. The provided germanium complex with an amidine derivative ligand is thermally stable, is highly volatile, and does not include halogen components. Therefore, it may be usefully used as a precursor to produce high-quality germanium thin film or germanium-containing compound thin film by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) or atomic layer deposition (ALD).

摘要： An embodiment according to the present invention is to provide a control method of a refrigerator that can operate a compressor before a start of a defrost operation and during a predetermined time to supply a high-temperature hot gas to an evaporator. With the control method of the refrigerator according to the embodiments of the refrigerator, the compressor is driven immediately before the defrost operation and the blower fan cooling the compressor stops, such that the high-temperature hot gas can be supplied to the evaporator, thereby increasing the defrost efficiency.

摘要： An apparatus and method for controlling a supply voltage of a multiple interface card includes a first voltage adjustment unit, a second voltage adjustment unit, an internal circuit, a first voltage controller, and a second voltage controller. The first voltage controller adjusts a first supply voltage to a first internal supply voltage used as an operating voltage of the internal circuit and supplies the first internal supply voltage to the internal circuit. The second voltage adjustment unit adjusts a second supply voltage to a second internal supply voltage used as an operating voltage of the internal circuit and supplies the second internal supply voltage to the internal circuit. The first voltage controller detects the first supply voltage and, according to the first supply voltage, either applies the first supply voltage to the first voltage adjustment unit or blocks the first supply voltage from the first voltage adjustment unit. The second voltage controller detects the second supply voltage and, according to the detected voltage, either applies the second supply voltage to the second voltage adjustment unit or blocks the second supply voltage from the second voltage adjustment unit.
