摘要： A hybrid vehicle is provided with an engine, a starter generator motor, a traction motor, an automatic manual transmission system, a battery, an automatic-switching clutch, and a control unit assembly. The starter generator motor is coupled and synchronously rotates with the engine for starting the engine and serving as an assistant power. The automatic manual transmission system is coupled with the traction motor and performs a gear-shifting/speed changing by controlling the rotation speed of the starter generator motor and the traction motor. The automatic-switching clutch is coupled between the starter generator motor and the automatic manual transmission system to make them be engaged/disengaged so as to switch the power type. The hybrid vehicle control device gives a signal to the torque/rotation speed control device to control the automatic-switching clutch to engage/disengage the engine and the traction motor according to the running state of the vehicle.

摘要： Integrally formed stamping sheet-metal blades having 3D structure for impeller or diffuser of a centrifugal pump or blower includes at least two integral forming blade or vane members. Each blade or vane member has a plurality of relatively short 3D blades or vanes extending radially outward and an engaging edge of selected shape. Two or more blade or vane members may be positioned and stacked together through mating the engaging edge and be spot welded to form a complete impeller or diffuser assembly. The blade or vane may be joined to form a completed smooth blade or vane, or may be spaced from each other to form a multi-row blade or vane assembly. The impeller and vane assembly may be made with less number of stamping molds and jigs. Production is less expensive. Positioning and assembly of the blade and vane is easier at a lower cost.

摘要： An operation method of a hybrid vehicle having an automatic manual transmission system adapted to use at least two energy sources is provided with the following steps. Engaging an engine with a starter generator motor such that the engine and the starter generator motor rotate synchronously. Performing a speed changing by using a control unit assembly through controlling rotation speed of the traction motor and a rotation speed of the starter generator motor to a desired rotation speed for the speed changing according to a running state of the vehicle, such that the engine and the traction motor nearly rotate synchronously with the automatic manual transmission system to perform a gear ratio shifting process thereby to perform the speed changing. Controlling an automatic-switching clutch to engage or disengage the engine and the traction motor to achieve a plurality of driving mode for the vehicle.
