摘要： A process for producing graphite materials for a negative electrode used in a lithium secondary battery which process includes the steps of packing carbon materials having an average particle diameter of 5 to 50 .mu.m in a plurality of boxes, placing the boxes in a graphitization furnace, subjecting the graphite materials to graphitization treatment, and thereafter subjecting the resultant graphite materials to uniformization treatment by mixing and agitation. The above process is capable of decreasing the influence on the qualitative variation of graphite materials ascribed to packing operation into boxes for graphitization, to the position of the materials in a graphitization furnace, and to bubbling phenomenon or the like through graphitization treatment, and is also capable of stabilizing the qualities of the resulting graphite materials and increasing the productivity.

摘要： According to the present invention, a method for displaying a plurality of display images in a display window, which are stored in a plurality of software objects is provided. The method includes: a first step of selectively displaying a first display image in a first region within the display window; and a second step of selectively displaying a second display image in a second region within the display window. In this method, the second step includes the steps of: indicating a point within the displayed first display image by using an image indicator; changing a magnification power at which the first display image is displayed by moving the image indicator within the first display image, thereby changing sizes of the first and second regions; and displaying the second display image when the size of the second region has reached a predetermined size. The second region is determined based on a relationship between the first and second display images. The relationship between the first and second display images is previously recorded in a software object corresponding to the first display image or the second display image.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a spinning nozzle having one or more discharge openings and one or more introduction openings located upstream the discharge openings for producing pitch-based carbon fibers characterized by the presence of one or more spiral members in each introduction openings. According to the nozzle of the present invention, part of the pitch which is introduced to the introduction opening flows down along the spiral member while the flow of the pitch is affected by the spiral member. The remaining pitch flows into the discharge opening without being in contact with the spiral member, and then both are spun after being mixed through the discharge opening to prepare carbon fibers having a random structure. Especially, the carbon fibers of higher performances can be prepared when a spiral having uneven outer diameters is employed.
