    • An athletic shoe includes an upper section and a sole section. The upper section is attached to the sole section. The upper section includes at least a wearing opening. The sole section includes a bottom portion, a support portion, and a receiving portion. The support portion is arranged between the bottom portion and the receiving portion and extends from a shoe heel portion of the sole section toward a shoe sole portion of the sole section. The receiving portion includes a first trough, a second trough, and a third trough formed therein. The first trough receives therein a first soft pad that corresponds in shape thereto. The second trough receives therein a second soft pad that corresponds in shape thereto. The third trough receives therein a third soft pad that corresponds in shape thereto. As such, the sole section is provided with a plurality of rush stop sites.

    • A fixing apparatus for fixing a hard disk drive includes a bracket receiving the hard disk drive with a locating pin extending from each of opposite sidewalls, and a rotating member. The bracket includes two opposite supporting walls and an end wall. Each supporting wall defines a latching slot. The locating pins are slidably inserted into the corresponding latching slots. The rotating member includes a fixing pole slidably abutting against the hard disk drive toward the end wall, two rotating poles respectively extending from two opposite ends of the fixing pole and rotatably connected to the corresponding supporting walls, and a latching pole extending from a distal end of one of the rotating poles to be detachably latched to one of the supporting walls.

    • A process for use in lithography, such as photolithography for patterning a semiconductor wafer, is disclosed. The process includes receiving an incoming semiconductor wafer having various features and layers formed thereon. A unit-induced overlay (uniiOVL) correction is received and a deformation measurement is performed on the incoming semiconductor wafer in an overlay module. A deformation-induced overlay (defiOVL) correction is generated from the deformation measurement results by employing a predetermined algorithm on the deformation measurement results. The defiOVL and uniiOVL corrections are fed-forward to an exposure module and an exposure process is performed on the incoming semiconductor wafer.
