    • The present invention discloses a rotation device for a vehicle seat. The device includes a fixed disc, a lower ball assembly, a movable disc, an upper ball assembly, and a platen successively arranged from bottom to top. A first lower circular track is formed on the fixed disc. A first upper circular track and a second lower circular track are formed on the movable disc. A second upper circular track is formed on the platen. A diameter of a first arcuate envelope line of the first lower circular track that is in contact with a lower ball and a diameter of a second arcuate envelope line of the first upper circular track that is in contact with the lower ball are both equal to a diameter of the lower ball, and a height of the first arcuate envelope line and a height of the second arcuate envelope line are 0.8 times the diameter of the lower ball. A diameter of a third arcuate envelope line of the second lower circular track that is in contact with an upper ball and a diameter of a fourth arcuate envelope line of the second upper circular track that is in contact with the upper ball are both equal to a diameter of the upper ball, and a height of the third arcuate envelope line and a height of the fourth arcuate envelope line are both 0.8 times the diameter of the upper ball. By means of the present invention, a smooth rotary operating force can be achieved, and a service life of the rotation device can be properly prolonged.

    • An electric rotation device for an automobile seat disclosed in the present invention includes a rotary support, a rotary disc, a fixed disc, a platen, an upper ball assembly, a lower ball assembly, a driving motor assembly, and a semicircular rack. A center of the semicircular rack coincides with a center of rotation of the rotary support. The semicircular rack is meshed with the driving gear. The driving gear in the driving motor assembly is configured to drive, by using the semicircular rack, the rotary support to perform reciprocating rotation in a range of 0-180°. A special-shaped tooth configured to prevent the driving gear from rotating out of the semicircular rack is disposed at each of extreme positions on two ends of teeth in the semicircular rack, so that the driving gear is gradually snapped with the special-shaped teeth to stop further rotation when rotating to the extreme positions on the two ends of the semicircular rack. The present invention has advantages such as an increased strength, reduced costs, and elimination of a gap between extreme positions. In addition, a wire harness of a seat is prevented from being broken as a result of unlimited rotation.

    • A turnable headrest includes a headrest body and a headrest rod. The headrest body is wrapped around and hinged to a horizontal rod of the headrest rod, and two vertical rods of the headrest rod are inserted into a seat. The turnable headrest further includes a fixed tooth, a torsion spring, a rotary tooth, and a reset tension spring. A headrest body locking portion, a headrest body rotary tooth portion, and a turned headrest body locking portion are disposed on the fixed tooth. A rotary tooth portion is disposed on the rotary tooth. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the headrest body locking portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is locked at an initial use position. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the headrest body rotary tooth portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is at a turnable position. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the turned headrest body locking portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is locked at a flat position. The turnable headrest has advantages such as a strong self-locking ability, a small quantity of parts, a simple structure, and low costs.
