摘要： A method for providing one or more seals in an annular space between a well tubular and the surrounding formation or between pipes of a wellbore system includes determining an in-situ temperature, pressure, earth formation properties and one or more fluids present at one or more locations where the seals are desired. A sealing substance is placed at the locations and allowed to flow into the annular space and undergo curing to form one or more seals. The sealing substance may be a setting expoxy based, phenolic based or polyester based fluid that includes at least one solid component. The sealing substance has physical and fluid dynamic properties compatible with the determined in-situ parameters.

摘要： A device for sealing off an opening through the wall of a well tubular, which device comprises a tubular spacer having an outer diameter allowing the spacer to be arranged in the well tubular, a first seal collar assembly and a second seal collar assembly arranged opposite ends of the tubular spacer, each seal collar assembly comprising an activator ring and an annular seal collar, the activator rings being interconnected by a cylindrical system of shape memory alloy which system contracts when the temperature of the cylindrical system reaches the transition temperature of the shape memory alloy, and wherein each annular seal collar is arranged so as to be compressed against the inner surface of the well tubular upon contraction of the cylindrical system of shape memory alloy.

摘要： According to the method for well and reservoir management in open hole completions, a data acquisition module (100) is advanced through the wellbore and acquires data providing information revealing fractures in the wall of the wellbore, and at least one blocking system (1002, 3000), on the basis of the data acquired, is placed in the wellbore(199, 2199, 3006) at the location of a fracture in the wall. The data acquisition module (100) is advanced by interaction with a fluid present in the wellbore, and the data acquisition module acquires data providing information on its own position in relation to the wall (3005) of the wellbore (199, 2199, 3006) and is controlled on the basis of said data in order to maintain a distance to the wall of the wellbore during its advancement. A system for well and reservoir management in open hole completions is further disclosed.

The method also includes lowering the injection tool body into the wellbore or the well tubular to a predetermined position, and then pumping the fluids from each fluid container into the wellbore or the well tubular.
