In one embodiment, a first media substrate is at least partially coated with thermally sensitive ink on one or more of its sides. A second media substrate is coated with the thermally sensitive ink on at least one of its sides. The second media substrate is at least partially integrated with the first media substrate to form a multisided thermal media image element, wherein at least a portion of the second media substrate is capable of being removed for independent use. The multisided first and second media substrates are adapted to be imaged via a thermal printer individually and together upon integration into the image element.

摘要： A business mailer includes a face sheet having a strip of adhesive bonded to one side thereof along a corresponding edge. A liner is bonded to the face sheet atop the adhesive strip, and is severed around a central strip tab for being removed from a surrounding border of the liner for exposing the adhesive strip. This integrated construction may be printed at high speed following which the liner tab is removed and the face sheet folded to form an adhesively sealed business mailer.
