摘要： A method is provided of inspecting a nested multi-layer structure including a first and second electrically conductive layer and a third layer disposed behind the second conductive layer. The method includes deploying a sensor device including an electromagnetic acoustic transducer to a borehole location proximate to the structure, generating a drive signal including a plurality of frequencies, applying an electrical current signal to the sensor device based on the drive signal and inducing currents in the first conductive layer that induce currents generating acoustic signals having the plurality of frequencies, detecting a first set of resonant frequencies based on received electromagnetic signals, detecting a second set of resonant frequencies based on received acoustic signals, estimating a property of the first and/or the second conductive layer based on the first set of resonant frequencies, and estimating a property of the third layer based on the second set of resonant frequencies.

摘要： A method and system capable of implicitly authenticating users based on information gathered from one or more sensors, which may be located in one or more devices, and an authentication model trained via a machine learning technique. Data is collected, manipulated, and assessed with the authentication model in order to determine if the user is authentic. A wide variety of sensors may be utilized, including sensors in smartphones, smartwatches, other wearable devices, and other sensors accessible via an internet of things (IoT) system. The method and system can include continuously testing the user's behavior patterns and environment characteristics, and allowing authentication without interrupting the user's other interactions with a given device or requiring explicit user input. The method and system may also involve the authentication model being retrained, or adaptively updated to include temporal changes in the user's patterns.

This disclosure has the following advantages: the efficiency of paging information reception and neighboring cells measurement is increased, power consumption is reduced, the time for camping on and cell reselection is reduced, and the implementation of the physical layer is simplified.

摘要： A mapping method is provided. The environment is scanned to obtain depth information of environmental obstacles. The image of the environment is captured to generate an image plane. The depth information of environmental obstacles is projected onto the image plane, so as to obtain projection positions. At least one feature vector is calculated from a predetermined range around each projection position. The environmental obstacle depth information and the environmental feature vector are merged to generate a sub-map at a certain time point. Sub-maps at all time points are combined to generate a map. In addition, a localization method using the map is also provided.
